Victor is a very honest person and such a hard worker, extremely knowledgeable about the job that he does. Victor installed my GOODMAN unit about two years ago and did an amazing job and the price was very reasonable.I highly recommend this company.

Joseph came out the same day I called. I told him my a/c was tripping the circuit breaker during use. He checked out the unit and noticed the fuse was not breakig first before the circuit breaker. He replaced it with a new one and now it runs great. He is knowledgeable and affordable. I will keep his number on hand for future needs.

Very rude customer service. I called to discuss an issue I had to see if they could help and the man that answered was dismissive and unprofessional. I’m not sure why you have a business if you can’t have a conversation and instead choose to ridicule a potential customer for their issue. I’d recommend to take your business elsewhere.

They were clean, polite, and in and out quickly. they even put paper down to protect my hardwood floors. I am so glad that when I asked on a Facebook group recently about somebody to help me install our thermostat that one of Joseph Choi's boat loyal customers posted that he did a great job.

That person ended up being completely right. Joseph came out in a timely manner and what is the quickest to respond among many people that have been shared. He installed our thermostat for a reasonable price but then found out that there was more wrong with our heating system. After some analysis and replacing the thermostat we found out that there were some other parts that needed to be installed. Joseph managed to get those parts immediately and was back over in no time to be able to install them so that we could back and start using our heating once again as quickly as possible.

I was impressed with Joseph professionalism his commitment and his honesty. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use his services in the future for any HVAC issues that we have.
