Mr. Choy was great and prompt. After receiving 4 quotes I decided to go with Mr Choy. He was able to come out right away to give me an estimate and was on top of all of our communication. He was very accommodating to my needs. I’m happy with my new HVAC! I would definitely recommend.

Joey was amazing. I had 2 people look at my system and they did not know what to do. Joey came out in the pouring rain and had my unit working in less than 5 mins. His price was amazing. I would definitely tell you to go no further when looking for an honest HVAC company.

Just had a referral from Costco and almost got ripped off!!! Needless to say a friend said I must get another quote and I called Joseph at 5 pm. I figured he’d call me the next day but within 30 minutes he called me. He said he could come by the next day and he did! He said I only needed to add R22 Freon and his price was so much lower I told him he could do it today. My A/C was running all day and night the past few months but now it actually turned on and off! Joseph was detailed in his work and I decisively recommend to call Joseph. You will get great service at reasonable price!

When my furnace stopped working a few months ago, my home warranty was being extremely difficult and was charging me a significant amount amount of money to get my furnace fixed. I went on Facebook and asked for a recommendations and Joey’s name came up three separate times on a post, which already is impressive. I called him and appreciated his to be able to meet with me very very quickly and providing me a reasonable estimate. We also decided to get our new AC unit at the same time. He is extremely professional, experienced, and Was able to get everything done pretty quickly. If you’re looking for somebody who is honest, easy to work with, knows what he’s doing, and won’t overcharge you I would give him a call.

I live in a home that was built in the 50's with no AC. Sometime before I purchased the home in 2001, a 3.5 ton central air unit was added to the home however they used the original 6" duct work. For the past 20+ years, my AC never fully cooled my house and my bill was sometimes over $650 a month during the summer while it struggled to cool to 80 degrees.

I had other HVAC companies look at my home and no one could offer me any solid solutions other than to install additional split systems in other areas of my home. I had originally called Joey out to quote a split system but when I explained my issues, he come up with a solution! He installed a new furnace in another closet in my home, installed new and bigger duct work in the attic to all rooms, replaced the registers in all locations, and upgraded me to a 5 ton, 20 seer unit. By him moving my furnace to another location, I now have space to enlarge my master bathroom. A double win!

His team did all the work in about 3 and a half days and his price was great. His professionalism and quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Joey has done AC and heating work on 3 of my rental properties and also on my primary home. He is very thorough and follows through on his word. He made himself available to me in a time of emergency. I highly recommend J Choy HVAC. . Today he finished the work.

We have not maintained our AC unit for over 10 years and it stopped cooling about a month ago. My husband found Joseph online and reached out to help us check the unit. First thing he told us was to change the filter and see if it works, it didn’t work so he stopped by today to help us take a look. He was super knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Unit is fixed, price is reasonable and most importantly we won’t be sweating throughout the summer anymore 😊 we are very satisfied with his work and will definitely reach out for any future services.

I called about my AC not cooling enough during peak heat and Joseph came out to take a look. He told me that nothing was wrong and that I just need to keep the AC on even when it is cool so that it can maintain the temp, otherwise if I turn it on only when it's peak heat, it will never catch up. He didn't charge me and he sent a follow up text asking if his advice worked for me. He is a great guy and I almost wish something was wrong with my AC so I could hire him.

Joseph asked me if the temp was keeping low and I told him it was still getting to be really hot during the day even with his advice. He came out and checked and did find some issues - refrigerant was low and condensation pan drainage was blocked. Once that was all fixed, my house has never been cooler! Thank you!

On the actual service day, Jose and John were just as reliable - they explained every step of the process and kept my home tidy. I felt at ease having them work on my house. Given his assessment, he suggested a comprehensive deep clean of our system. We agreed on the schedule, and Odilon arrived promptly. His initial task was tackling the dirtied exterior unit, removing leaves and debris, and scrubbing off grime from each part. He worked efficiently, methodically, and thoroughly. Next, he dismantled the interior fan to meticulously clean its components. He washed each item before reassembling everything outside. Odilon's professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic were exceptional. I'm extremely satisfied with the company and their team. If I could, I'd give them a higher rating than 5 stars – they truly exceeded my expectations.
