This is some sort of repair service broker. Called them and they ended up sending a technician all the way from Canoga Park. Thought I was using a local company that's why I called this business. The tech arrived a couple of hours later to inspect my dryer. All he did was spin the drum of my dryer and said I needed a new motor. Like that's it? No thorough inspection of anything else? He then said he couldn't get a replacement motor until sometime next week and that he would call me when it was available. Bruh, I need this dryer fixed ASAP. There wasn't any urgency whatsoever. Ended paying the $75.00 diagnostic fee and calling another local company that arrived within the hour and replaced the rear thermal fuse. That was it! Bada-bing bada-boom!
