From start to finish through the process, Jake and his team were punctual, communicative, and kind (rare these days!) and went above and beyond to do the best work installing our mini splits in our cabin. We had three units installed, and the team completed it efficiently and effectively - showing us how to work the units, spending extra time making sure they ran properly the first use, and offering to answer any questions even after the first weekend of use.
