Great place.Great hardware store great people.I love this place. So friendly atmosphere and I love the mountains

Great! 😃

Oscar is always very helpful and a good friend, every time I need help with my chainsaw, or to look for a particular item, he helps out and always works hard to make the customers needs met

I also got a great bbq grill here. They have a good selection

Thanks Ace!

Great Hardware store with very knowledgeable staff but they have very poor customer service at checkout, especially the short hispanic girl, who is always looking at her phone while checking out the product, just a repugnant attitude overall, zero customer service... Very sad she is the last person you interact with before leaving the store.

Went to the garden section side for help with my propane tank connection. Nick took care of me and went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed. Fast, efficient, and with a smile 🙂

Every one of the employees here has saved my pets from a burning building at least once on seperate occasions. While my fire safety awareness remains highly questionable, the unwavering service of the people here is excellent.

I recently visited Lake Drive Garden & Rental to upgrade my outdoor cooking game, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and provided expert advice on choosing the perfect barbecue grill and accessories.
The store itself is well-stocked and easy to navigate. I was impressed by the wide selection of high-quality products. The friendly staff made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Lake Drive Garden & Rental to anyone in need of hardware, garden supplies, or outdoor cooking equipment.

The store itself can be pricey, that being said, we're in the mountains so it saves a trip down the mountain to purchase the item. The staff/ employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I shop here often!

Knowledgeable staff and very well stocked. Centrally located in the center of crestline very rarely do I need to go somewhere else to pick up material.

I own a business. We are on vacation and needed to switch out 2 propane tanks. We were 5 min off the clock to closing due to a busy street and the lady said she can't help us. I'm sorry but if it was 5 min after closing and my customer stood there I'd try to leave a better image. Right now I feel like I don't want to give them any if my hard earned money!!;

Great place for SOIL, plants, tools, bird food, outdoor activities, and more. Great coupon deals too if you're an avid gardener. The staff has always been well informed of gardening practices and advice for us. Great place.

In love with this place...a very rare ace hardware that has that local feel...They have a huge selection of plants...bought a giant kale...affordable prices as well

Very professional and reasonable price. Highly recommend for all tree service needs.

Very professional and caring about my tree. Explained exactly what needs to be done and why. Really took the time to help me out.

Had a pine tree removed due to bark beetle.
Great company… extremely happy with the customer service, tree information, and actual work done on our property.

Alex and his crew were fast, offered great suggestions/advice, fair prices. Entire crew was courteous and just fun to talk to.
I will definitely continue to use their services.

We hired Luis to prune my moms palm trees and we had a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable & very professional. Will absolutely hire him again when the time comes.

Heights Tree Service is as professional as they come. They were prompt, fair, and responsive. Luis gave valuable insight and explained everything thoroughly. I will be using them again very soon. Excellent company and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Alex and his crew did a great job taking down a ~70 ft dead pine tree in our backyard. They were done in just a few hours. And Luis came by the next day and gave us valuable advice about maintaining the rest of our native trees. I am planning to use them again in the near future

My husband and I had a huge ponderosa tree that we were concerned about because it had a hole in it about 50 feet up and damage from a previous lightening strike. Luis and Alex came by to assess it and told us there was definite signs of rot despite the fact that the tree looked perfectly healthy on the outside.

We decided to have them remove the tree for our safety and the safety of our neighbors. Turns out the lightning strike had created a hole near the top that was allowing water to get inside the tree and rot away and it was hollow in many parts. It was definitely a dangerous tree and probably would not have made it through another big storm.

We are very grateful to Luis and Alex and their team for getting this tree down in a timely manner and for letting us keep a good amount of wood that we were able to distribute around to our neighbors for next winter.

10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience with this company so I am writing this review to make sure they get the rep that is deserved. We called a ton of tree service companies in Crestline and unfortunately they could not help us diagnose our tree and tell us why it was dying. Heights has a certified arborist running things and was super knowledgeable from the start educating us on why things where happening and how we could prevent issues with our other trees. Although scheduling was a little tough because these folks obviously have a ton of business to perform, they were super responsive and that put me at ease. Overall very satisfied with the tree removal and pesticide work that was performed and will be calling back when the next tree related need arises. Thank you Heights Tree Services!!

If you are looking for a professional service with great arborist knowledge, great skill, great communication, great work ethic and commitment to excellence, then contact Heights Tree Service. Luis and Alex are the best!
