Reviews of local pros in Crestline, California

We were in a bind, needing fire abatement before being fined, and we live out-of-state. We googled tree trimmers in Crestline & found Cory’s company. We called late Friday afternoon, texted him the abatement notice, he looked at the property & called us back on Sunday & gave a very reasonable bid. He was able to squeeze us in on Monday & when done, provided a photo for us to email to the county. What a HUGE relief for us! We were so pleased, we gave him a good tip. Highly recommend this company. Julie & Steve H

This is my house and these guys are truly awesome!! They worked their arses off for 6-8 hours on many trees all around our house that took climbing and sawing and chopping and sawing and carrying out SO much wood and mulched the zillions of branches with non stop crew of 5 and they were all smiles and polite and even cleaned up the sawdust on the decks afterwards!!

We have used Corey and his crew for many years now. Cory is quick to answer the phone or return calls when needed. They arrive at your place when they say they will, do a great clean up job and leave your place looking great by the time they're done. After their work has been completed, I have never had the county sending us letters telling us to do a better job with the weed abatement.

Great work. Went above and beyond what was expected.

Martin always coming through on super short notice for me on fire abatement. Always does itt to standard, been using alpine yard services for years and they haven't let me down yet! Hasn't been a single problem yet with the city, they always meet the standards/requirements. Thanks Martin! Alpine yard services the absolute best

Martin was a pleasure to work with. He met the deadline on a short notice, and seems to be well versed with fire hazard standards. I got a fire abatement notice in the mail from the county and Martin went out, gave me an estimate, and got the job done in a timely manner. I got in contact with the county and they said my property met the standard so i will DEFINITELY be calling Martin again! Thanks for the great and timely service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Martin provided me with updates, as well as before and after pictures of the area to show me he had done the work. the last picture is before, and the rest of the pictures are after the project was complete. He was very responsive on the phone and through text. Thanks again martin! Like i said, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Adam , did great job!!!

The decision to rate this a one star is based on unfair labor ethics.

Great job on our sons deck. Fair price

When asked if a project could be built was turned away immediately. This is the first time I’ve heard of them and probably the last time. I won’t be recommending.

Fast professional shows up on time. Warranty on work. Clean and Awesome. Fair price.

Excellent work. The crew completed the job within their budget and on time. I will be recommending them for a long time to come.

We lost a substantial amount of money on a driveway/turn around project. Two thirds into the project it became clear that the drive was unsafe and would not support my 350 Ford truck and was dangerous entering and exiting because of the sharp incline. Had to redo and luckily found a company who did the right thing. I would not recommend this contractor or company!

Hector Construction & Remodeling recently finished a job for us in 2017-18 and we are pleased to say our experience was nothing less than wonderful.

I recently bought a new home, and decided to add an ADU, so I called Hector. To my surprise, Jose answers the phone, and he was very unprofessional. I was shocked at the way he was talking to me. Sorry for calling. I will take my business else where.

They did a complete renovation of my house in Santa Ana. Each and every inspection passed with flying colors. The project was done with meticulous attention to details and the cost was very reasonable. I’m a very happy client.

Did an 8o% teardown and rebuild refurbish on our 8 buildings. Professional great communication daily updates. Respected with city inspectors and moved the project along with skilled management of all trades. Finished on time did great work and within budget. Highly recommend go here first.

Jose did an amazing job remodeling our home, he made our family feel as if it was his built for his own family. All the way around he did an amazing job from communication, time line, price and quality.

We recently did an addition to our home in Cerritos with Jose, at Hector Construction & Remoldeling. Since I have a little background in construction management, I am very familiar with construction sites and contractors. That being said, Jose and his crew are at the top of their game. Jose is a very honest and knowledgeable contractor. He is passionate about his work and pays close attention to detail and budget. Out of the three bids we received, Jose's came in at the middle, which we were ok with. His bid was very fair and any additions we made were also priced fairly. The fact that he was trustworthy and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, was the reason we hired him. Jose charged what he said he was going to charge, showed up when he said he was going to show up, and finished when he said he was going to finish. From the start to finish of the job, Jose and his crew were consistently at the job site until the project was completed. His workers were always clean and respectful of the property. Jose and his crew did everything from the foundation to the finished carpentry. Their quality of work and attention to detail, resulted in an awesome project and an overall, positive construction experience. I recommend Jose and Hector Construction to anyone who needs work done on their house.

Mike chilson and his guys did a great job tearing down and rebuilding my storm destroyed deck. The deck I have now could easily withstand another snowageddon. Use mike chilson for all of your construction needs

If I could give more stars I definitely would! Goering delivered the Porta Pottie so fast and the man that dropped it off was very nice and helpful. Thank you!
