We met with John. He was incredibly helpful. We left the store with samples for our floor to evaluate and decide. We are very pleased with his services. We used S&G for our previous remodel and were very pleased then.

Throughout the entire process from carpet selection, measure and installation was an excellent experience! Truly a professional, kind staff. We went into look at the Floor Store, and walked right out, sales associates couldn't care less about us.

Overall experience was ok.
The floor step under a door is installed a few mms high.
I have called the store so many times but no response.
Many a times it is not about the big things. But making sure that the small fixes go through is important.
How can S&G not understand this.

The scheduling department did not call and schedule.

We had new carpet laid in our family room with pet safe padding. The installer called when he was on the way, worked efficiently and cleanly, and was meticulous and precise as he lay the carpet. This is the second time we have used S&G, and I am very pleased with the service and results.

The process was very good except for a last minute installation cancellation that caused me to have to reschedule several days of appointments. However, the installation crew (two men) were excellent so maybe I was lucky.

Huge selection. Karla was super helpful and highly responsive. No sales pressure. Prompt fulfillment of order.

I quotes around 10 carpet companies but this one is the worst. They promised me that they will bring sample to our home, so we scheduled a in home appointment. On the appointment day, the sales man doesn't bring any sample at all. I told him that we dont want carpet on the stairs, but in the quote he still send me the quotes for carpet. He randomly choose a floor color doesnt match at all. The price is not competitive at all. I sent a email to ask them provide more correct color match, but they disappeared from then. I couldn't believe how a business survive without listening to the customer at all? The appointment is a total waste of my time

S&G has a nice, large showroom with an abundance of flooring samples. The staff was very helpful without being pushy. We were looking at luxury vinyl tile but they had other varieties of flooring, including hardwood, engineered wood and carpet. They offer instillation if you need it. Samples can be taken home for 3 days.

Craig Cabral, Customer Manager, of S&G Carpet is a great asset to your company. He was professional, competent, respectful, pleasant & always kept me in the loop before & after our defective flooring was replaced.
The construction crew, also, worked efficiently and always made sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible during the replacement as we continued to live in our apartment during the replacement procedure.

I give this company 5 stars plus!

The carpet installers arrived on schedule to change the carpet in our living room/dining room and hallway. They carefully moved our furniture. They were able to put some of it along one side of the living room because we had no other space for it, remove the old carpet and pad, carpet the side without furniture, then move the furniture onto the carpet and finish carpeting the rest of the room. They did an excellent job and the carpet looks great!

I have visited "S&G Carpet Cupertino" showroom 2 weeks before for my home need.

Got the measurement done and received the quotation.
Since the quotation received from S&G is way higher than the quotes we have from other stores, discussed with Mr. James who said to be handling all at that shop to consider re-evaluating the cost.

The way he discussed with me is highly humiliating and forcing to get out the shop. It's the worse experience I have felt in my life time from a customer facing person from a shop.

Mr. James mentioned that he is holding that spot for 10 years; I'm not sure if its only me got affected based on his behavior or if there are other persons also affected.

My entire experience with S&G was excellent. Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Their selection of flooring is top notch. The salesman that came to my home was friendly and professional. The installation guys were quick and efficient and cleaned up as they went. I could not be happier with the look of my new flooring!!!

Put a faux wood durable vinyl flooring throughout our home. The estimate was detailed and included items we had not thought about. The installers did a fabulous job prepping for the vinyl and did detailed baseboard finishing in difficult spots. Nice work!

Each step of the process for the purchase of our new flooring has been a very pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the Cupertino S & G Carpet store till the last day of the installation. To be honest I walked into the S & G store with another carpet store’s sample. The ‘Other Store’ had completed one room in our home and we were not pleased with the quality of the carpet install or the Customer Service. However that all changed when I walked into the S & G Carpet store. John, Flooring Consultant, worked with me to ensure the lament flooring we selected was still in stock. Dan, IHSC, was very knowable and answered my list of questions when he can to measure and provide us with a quote. The Install Team, Jesus, Ivan and Eduardo were top notch! They installed plastic to protect our kitchen cabinets and provide dust control. They moved our furniture with great care. Their workmanship, professionalism and the quality of the install exceed our expectations! In fact the Installation Team completed the Project 1 day ahead of schedule – certainly an unexpected bonus. We love the lament flooring! I would highly recommend S& G to my family and friends.

The installers were very professional, they arrived on time, checked everything with us and got to work. They worked fast and clean. They moved the furniture and replaced it properly when they were done. We are very happy with our new carpets.

From the show room and customer service to the installation was very Courteous, Professional from start to finish

Everything was top notch, from our first encounter with the sale rep in the store to the completed carpet installation. We were told the lead times on carpet orders and install times and given free samples to take home. Ordering was easy and straightforward, and I got emails to confirm everything. The carpet installers followed our instructions for getting to our house (thus avoiding a closed road and potential delays), removed the old carpet, installed the new pad and carpet and then were on their way. Everything was left very clean. I am a very pleased and happy customer -- and my new carpet looks great :)

I had heard the funny S&G carpet radio commercials so gave them a try. Upon entering the showroom I was impressed with the clean, well stocked, well organized showroom. I was helped by a very sweet and knowledgeable sales person named Justine. She was patient, answered all questions and gave me samples. All of the staff in this store were kind and helpful. My carpet arrived and installed within a few weeks. My installation included moving furniture. The two gentlement who arrived were careful and quick in moving and installing and then replacing my furniture. They worked quickly but skillfully to install my carpet. It looks fabulous! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The product was the highest of quality, the people at the Cupertino Store were professional and very courteous, We got in on a 30% sale and saved a lot of money. The whole house got completely new floors and carpet. Omar and Juan were the installers they were experts and did an excellent job. They took very good care of our furniture and were completely professional and polite. Now we have the most beautiful floors. We couldn’t be happier.
