They are just a whole seller. I went over there and they would not even talk to me. There are signs all over the shop but none on line.

My company has been doing business with Cupertino Supply for about a decade now, and they have been a very valuable relationship for us. Most of the staff there have been there for many many years and are extremely knowledgeable, which is difficult to find these days.

Awesome helpful staff, if you don't know what it is they will. Very convenient location also. Always nice to support local businesses that have been here in the south bay for a long time. Great inventory, they have almost anything you could want for plumbing. Comparable pricing too.

Great location for getting supplies for the do-it-yourself handyman. Friendly staff and they had everything I needed. Definitely recommend them. They were open on Labor Day, too!

Mr Tile Man AKA Non-Plumber (ME) walked into this store and immediately this gentleman name starts with C, not only helped to make sure I was getting all the right parts and pieces and tools I needed for the best possible prices he could possibly give me as a new comer, ALSO carrying everything to my truck made me feel right at home even though I never step foot inside this store and man I cant wait for our next plumbing opportunity down in that area Bcuz I aint going no where else!!! Chris was very responsive and was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly. He tracked down the replacement part we needed and even allowed me to order it on Amazon. He made 2 trips to the house and just charged for a single call. I highly recommend him.

Our water heater went out and United Plumbing was a breeze to deal with - they responded quickly, worked around our schedule, and fixed it fast. We ended up getting both our HVAC and water heater serviced with them because of their top-notch customer service and fair prices. Their work is reliable and efficient, making us stick with them for future plumbing needs too.

We hired United Plumbing to replace our ancient galvanized water supply line, which was leaking after over 75 years. They did a fantastic job the week after Christmas.

They dug up and replaced around 50-60 feet of the main water line between the old shut-off valve and the meter. The main shut-off valve was relocated and replaced, as well as the hose bib valve. To dig, they had to trench 20 inches deep. They also did some basic backfilling.

Tony's crew put in a huge effort and finished the job with copper pipe in just one day of hard work. They worked inside our garage to install a new wall penetration for the main shut-off valve, which was a tricky part of the job. The crew stayed until it was dark (7 PM) finishing up the backfilling and cleanup.

United charged us a very reasonable price and we're glad they got the job done quickly with no surprises or hassle. It's just great work.

United Plumbing showed promise from the start with quick responses to my initial inquiry. Their follow-up was excellent, keeping me informed before work began. The installer arrived on schedule, clearly explained the costs, and put in a solid effort to complete the job efficiently. He left everything tidy, including cleanup afterwards. I'd consider hiring them again if needed.
