First impressions count and my first impression of this company is a total lack of professionalism with a touch of a condescending attitude. These are not the days where an independent contractor can afford to treat people who put money in the company pocket as though they are wasting time and that is just how the operator/receptionist at this office is. Sorry if I was making you do your job. I'll pass on this place and find someone who has old fashion work ethics, values and respect.

I highly recommend Destiny Construction. They are honest and reliable. We had multiple quotes, but we are glad we picked Destiny for our home renovation. It turned out awesome! They are OC's best!

This company is great

Over priced and very unprofessional.

I'm basing this review entirely on the conduct of their employees/owner. If the way they drive their company vehicles is any indication of how they run their business, they have no regard for safety and should not be dealt with.

This man was observed on the freeway driving his company vehicle extremely erratically and in an unsafe manner almost causing a multiple car accident by forcing his company truck to cut off a merging car, nearly driving them off the road. More than likely, this in an indication of the type of business this is.

Slow and expensive.

On Tuesday of this week, I purchased a new toilet from Home Depot, Cypress, Ca. and I was promised installation within 2 to 3 days. I picked up the toilet on Wednesday and still waiting to have the installation done. When I contacted Home Depot on Saturday, customer service personnel assured me that the installer would be calling soon. I did receive the call today from the installer and was told that the installation could be done until next Thursday. The installer stated that Home Depot had failed to communicate my request to them until today. I immediately called Home Depot and asked to speak with the Store Manager or the Assistant Store Manager. I was told that the Store Manager had just left for the day and my call was transferred to the Assistant Store Manager who promised me that he would contact the installer for an earlier installation date and that he would call be back with-in 30 minutes. It is late Saturday evening and I have yet to receive any form of communication from Home Depot. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
