Bob and his team were great to work with from the initial estimate to the completion of the job. Professional and diligent staff. Our job was not easy but the professional installers knocked it out and the result was awesome.

Very good people here. I had them come out on a couple of installments in getting my carpet and padding put in and they didn't disappoint. They were on time and always followed up with phone calls. Tom and Elia are awesome and answered every question i had. This company rocks!

Fantastic Company! Kitchen and Bath flooring installation. They did everything from start to finish. Old school company values. They removed and replaced my appliances, replaced the subfloor, installed custom ordered flooring, baseboard molding and replaced all the appliances. Originally, we were going have installation by Home Depot as we had had a couple good experiences with them installing countertops. However, while the in-store experience with the HD was great, the estimate scheduling, etc for flooring was a bureaucratic mess conducted by people who did not care. Thanks goodness for B&B. We had an outstanding experience with B&B from when we first entered their showroom to pick our floor to the completion of our vinyl plank installation. We hate quarter rounds so it was a challenge for installers Efram and his sons to fit the planks under our kitchen island and cabinetry. But they did an excellent job and they also very mindful of the patterns in planks so that similar planks were not laid near each other. The floor looks great and the price was very reasonable.

The owner came to measure the area exactly right and offered sound advice when asked about details of the carpets and specific areas I wanted replaced. The installers were at my house exactly on time, and they stayed hours installing more than half the job as I asked: moving furniture, removing carpeting, screwing down squeaky floor boards, installing the thick padding and carpets. We asked that the rest of the job be done a few days later and just as before they were there right on time and job was done including specialty area rugs that had been cut and bound exactly as needed. I recommend this company highly.

Bob has been SO patient with me and my business, coming out multiple times and dealing with my changes of heart. This company is Timely, respectful, and provides solid results. We have used them a few times and I wont use anyone else now. You will be happy you found this gem!

The installers were prompt and as professional with their work as Bob was with his. We had previously visited the two big box stores that sold carpet and came away from both very dissatisfied. We highly recommend Bob and his people.

I've been using B&B Carpets for almost 30 years. They have done hundreds of vinyl and/or carpet jobs for us. Their installers are top notch. They have a wide range of products from all of the top mills and manufacturers and their prices are very competitive on all their products. Bob Bernard and his staff are extremely accommodating. Providing high quality service is their goal and they never let us down. Call B&B and you won't be disappointed.

Went to their office at 4:18p to get a quote on carpet. Monique was there and did not want to help because she said she was closing at 4:30p. Did not even get off her seat to speak to us and possibly find another time where she could help us. This is very poor customer service and will not be taking my business there ever and will sure let others know as well. We went to Bixby Plaza Carpet instead and purchased carpet from them. Debbie was great and helped us and took her time to make sure she answered all our questions.
