Not good! We called the number to this business, clearly communicated what areas needed to be cleaned, he gave us a price, we clarified the price twice. I moved furniture around, disconnected all the cables, moved the curtains, vacuumed in preparation. The technician/owner shows up, connects his equipment & rt before he begins to clean he raises his price, I questioned this sudden price change & he suddenly and immediately threatens to leave saying "If you want, I can leave". The tone was rude and sounded more like "you moved all your things and now are committed" threat to me. So that was a deal breaker for me, I took him up on his offer for him to leave. He looked shocked that I agreed he should leave and he began to backpedal. He left and I called Stanley Steemer who came out that day within the hour. No price change with them.
