Reviews of local pros in Cypress, California

Tito did a great job cleaning my couches. There were stains I wasn't sure would come off, but he handled it no problem. Very professional and made sure he covered floors so his cleaning equipment would not cause any damage. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use the service again.

Tito has cleaned my area rugs twice now and does a spectacular job not only getting them clean, but also gets rid of the dog smell. He is courteous, shows up on time, and just overall a nice human being.
I originally found his info from a google search when I moved to Cypress 6 months ago and feel I really scored at finding a great carpet cleaner. I would 200% recommend his service.

Absolutely the best!!! Satisfied with his work every single time… he is polite, punctual and loves what he does. It shows in his work. All a pleasure when he comes to clean my upholstery

Tito did an amazing job cleaning our carpets they are spotless. Great pricing, he was quick and had great communication. thank you again Tito ! Will definitely be calling him back for maintenance.

Great Cuatomer Service from Tito punctual and on time, pricing with Carpet Cleaning all year long are affordable in this hard inflation economy thanks Tito for making our home a pleasant place to love ❤️

Great job at a great price. Very professional, punctual, and quick. Tito is a great guy who does a great job, highly recommended.

Tito cleaned our couch and loveseat, and I’m still blown away by how good they look and smell. We had some tough stains that I honestly thought were permanent, but he got them out so fast—our furniture looks brand new again!

On top of that, Tito is a total problem-solver. We live on the second floor of a condo and didn’t have access to an outdoor faucet (everything was locked), but he didn’t even flinch. I offered our patio faucet, and he improvised a setup that worked perfectly. No stress, no complaints—just made it work. Super professional, calm, and prepared for anything.

He showed up on time, was extremely polite and respectful of our space, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. And the best part? His prices are very affordable—especially for the level of care and quality he provides.

You can tell Tito takes pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. I highly recommend him to anyone needing upholstery cleaning. I’m already planning to have him back in 6 months. Thank you, Tito!

Fast and efficient. Greg really knows his business and you get your money's worth. Thanks so much for the outstanding job you did. 🙂🙂🙂

Hello future window cleaner seekers,
Greg comes highly recommended!
He and John are dependable, very detail oriented, trustworthy and friendly. Great prices, very fair! I’ve referred them to all my neighbors and friends. 5 stars👍🏼

I can see clearly now!
We highly recommend Ultimate Window Cleaning. Greg and John have cleaned our windows for four years and have always done an amazing job. We went through several other companies prior to finding them and they are by far the best. Three stories, inside and out, screens included, for a very reasonable price, wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Greg runs an honest and efficient business. Every time he made a commitment he came through. His pricing is reasonable, especially for someone with so much experience. Not only did he clean the windows of my home, but he and a partner put their heads together to find a way to remove tree moss (from a neighbor’s tree that overhangs onto my roof) from the shake shingles. I guess the best testimonial I can give is to say that I will hire him again.

Greg was able to come out on a short notice and he cleaned my windows really well. He went the extra mile to remove some stickers and paint that were on my windows, too. Very happy with his work.

Greg did an amazing job for us.
1st Off- After our initial contact with him. He gave us a rough quote over the phone which was pretty close to the final cost.
2nd- Greg was nice, courteous and very respectful of our home while cleaning our windows.
3rd- He knows what he is doing when comes to washing windows and mirrors.
4th- We will using him as our guy from now on and will be referring him to our friends and family should they need his services
