Reviews of local pros in Cypress, California

Brissa does such a fantastic job every time. Great attention to detail in every room, and she’s so friendly!

I have used MaidPro for a few years now. The person who consistently cleans for me is Brissa. I have been very happy with Brissa's reliability, friendliness, hard-working nature, and openness to feedback. My house is very clean thanks to Brissa and MaidPro Cypress.

I recently had MaidPro clean my aunt’s house and she said they did a fantastic job! I live out of state so I was a bit nervous about finding a good company, well I did! They were very great at communicating with me and even worked with our schedules 10/10 recommendations!

My wife, Elena Grable, arranged for MaidPro to clean our house every other week. The house looks great every time the come. Brisa does an outstanding job; she knows exactly what to do exactly the way we want. She goes above and beyond every time she’s here.

Chelsea L was a godsend. She knew what she was doing and made my apartment shine! 100% having her back. WHO knew my counters were THAT white!

I have been using maid pro for 5 months now and they are great! Very communicative- you can get ahold of them easily before during and after a cleaning. Everyone that has come has been very kind and considerate of us and our pets and done a great job. Chelsea is fantastic and goes above and beyond on her cleans! Thank you MaidPro!

I have been using Maid Pro for a good while now. Today Chelsea cleaned my house for the first time and she was fantastic, very friendly, great with my dog and did an excellent job on the house. Highly recommend her and them.

We’ve been using this cleaning service for years, and we consistently rely on Brissa. She is simply phenomenal at maintaining the high standards we set for our home.

Brissa quickly adapted to our specific needs, shows exceptional attention to detail, and has proven to be completely reliable and trustworthy. We truly appreciate the consistency and quality she delivers every single time. Highly recommend!

Brissa is absolutely fantastic! She’s incredibly thorough and pays attention to the little details that make such a difference. Every time she cleans, our home feels refreshed and truly cared for. She even finds things to tidy that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. Her professionalism, consistency, and great attitude make her a joy to work with. We’re so grateful to have her!

I love my MaidPro Brisa. She pays attention to the details! In the corners, around the baseboards, behind appliances and doors! You'd be amazed how many cleaning services don't. She remembers how I like certain things done and she puts things back in the right place. She is alway pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend MaidPro to any of my friends and family.

Excellent service! Petesa has been very helpful and accommodating throughout this process, from the beginning to the end. Alexa did an amazing job cleaning our place, she was very thorough and professional. Both Petesa and Alexa were so nice, I will definitely work with them again. Highly recommended!

Chelsea did such a great job on my apartment! She was friendly, communicative, timely and professional! I booked this as a one time clean but she far exceeded my expectations so I’ll be excited to have her back soon!

Great experience! I’m so grateful to have found reliable and quality cleaning for my home. Chelsea has been wonderful. She is an angel to my kids and dogs and is very detail oriented. I’m also very happy with the coordination of my appointments as schedules change a lot in our busy home. Always look forward to my cleaning days now!

Gardening is my hobby. Their annuals and potted plants are overgrown. They should reduce the price on such items.

Clean place

Good size of space.

Home Depot rules! Awesome garden center

Thanks to the cashier liliana because she helped us to buy seats for the garden she was very friendly

Selection of plants is fabulous, pricing on plants and patio furnishings are good, plus military discount is another plus!

I have been here to buy some plants for lab, which I found staffs were not really helpful. But not a problem since I searched online. Many kind of flowers they have, and clean arrangements.

This store and the people who work here are awful. I find the item on line says they have 12, no one can find them. Go to the service desk where there are 6 people, not one can figure it out with a sku and map provided. Website says a particular bin, service desk can't help, they call garden twice, then wander away. Really? Is it that hard to find your product with your sku and your store map? Lost a customer for good. Store has been going down hill for years.
