Luciano & his crew did an excellent job restoring the exterior of our house! They removed all the dryrot, restored all the pieces that were damaged, and even managed to source some really rare parts to maintain the exterior. In addition, when they needed to outsource something, Luciano himself was very good about getting a quality deal for a good price. I'm recommending him to everyone I know who needs work done on their homes & I would absolutely hire him again!

We had a surprise water damage project that required the majority of the front wall of our house to be replaced. We found Luciano through some google research and reached out. He and his crew were all that I was hoping to find - honest, on time, and performed quality work. Luciano was very responsive with communication, and keeping us up to date on what was happening, as well was very competitive with the cost for the project. Overall, he's a great person to work with and is thorough with his work. Would be happy to recommend him to anyone as well as work with him again on future projects.

Luciano and his team at LCR Construction did an amazing job creating a beautiful, graded, concrete walkway between our neighbor's home and our home. It was just dirt before, and is now an attractive and durable walkway that also efficiently directs water runoff (during rain storms) away from our houses and down to the street gutter. Luciano and his team have executed multiple projects at our home over the past 7 years and their work is always high quality.

Luciano and the LCR Construction crew did an incredible job on our project. Getting a quote was very fast, and we were quickly able to schedule the work which really helped our calendars! Luciano was super responsive to all questions before, during and after the job.

When the demo for our project unexpectedly revealed old, extensive, water damage that we had no choice but to repair, Luciano was able to scale up to finish the job. He professionally advocated for us as we navigated the permit process, worked easily with our structural engineer, and was quick and clear in his communication with us as the project evolved. The crew was on time every day and worked hard. They were respectful and cleaned up the job site nicely at the end of each day. We will use LCR Construction again for projects in the future.

Luciano and his crew at LCR Construction did an excellent job renovating our kitchen and both of our bathrooms in the spring of 2022. They were efficient, professional, and hardworking, finishing the entire project in just over 3 months, and their work has held up great for the past two years. Our construction and electrical designs came from an outside firm, but several times Luciano suggested a change to the plans that worked out much better, or figured out creative workarounds for minor issues with the plans. He and his crew also graciously accommodated our requests for some last-minute changes and were quite patient as we waited for the final few pieces of equipment to arrive to complete the project. Overall, we have been quite happy with how everything turned out, and would recommend LCR Construction for other projects like it!

They were quick at getting my money to order flooring. However JW flooring who HomeDepot installation rescheduled my installation twice and then when the day of installation came they started the work and quit using an excuse to do another job in Hayward. Called Home Depot and their carpeting department took a lot of information from me and have not heard back from them. Will never go there for carpeting nor recommend them or JW flooring.
