came out and got our pool from green algae to ready to swim in two visits. very knowledgeable about what the pool needs and very responsive to our needs

Had a clogged pool line and Miguel was very professional and came straight away and was able to troubleshoot quickly. With his experience, he quickly root caused it to a clogged sand filter and got my pool working again.

Miguel is very helpful. I own 2 swimming pools in the Philippines and use it for Resort. He gave me a lot of ideas how to save energy and same time keep the pool clean everyday.

Our pool heater was not working properly and I made the mistake of contacting Leslie's initially. They informed me that it would cost $150 for a diagnostic and asked what was wrong and the make and model of our heater. I was informed, incorrectly, that the technician would bring common parts and could repair it if possible for the $150. After waiting for about 3 weeks for the appointment, a technician came out and looked at it for possibly 2 minutes and said we probably could use a new heater $3,295.19. If we did that they would credit back $90 of the $190.42 for the diagnostic "service". We were informed the diagnostic service was $190 because there was also a $37.00 charge for making the trip.

Alternatively, we could repair the heater for about $1,500.00 which he later revised to $655.12 when we asked for a written estimate for the repair. ( It was $1,500.00 when we were discussing replacement versus repair)

We decided to go with the repair and called to set up another appointment for the actual repair and was informed that we needed to go to the store to order and pay for the parts first. The store manager subsequently said we could order and pay by telephone with our CC.

I know, a long story but I contacted Miguel after seeing his reviews and it was like night and day. He was prompt and courteous. After discussing what the technician said was needed, he provided us with an estimate slightly less than what Leslie quoted.

Miguel was unavailable on our appointment day and his colleague Will came instead. Will was also prompt and courteous, but also super knowledgeable and helpful with other aspects of pool ownership.

He repaired the temperature sensor only (Leslie quoted 2 other items that needed to be replaced) and we were charged for only the sensor replacement for a grand total of $286.12.

Thank you so much for rescuing us! Our pool had turned green and slimy and at one point had little tadpoles lol Miguel tackled this difficult task and didn’t give up on us. Miguel is very professional and he really knows what he is doing from a lot of years being in the business. I had continuous problem with my spa with cloudy water and algae. The previous person who maintained it tried all kinds of stuff but could not really clear up the water like Miguel did. I switched service to Miguel and so far so good 👍👍👍. On a personal level, Miguel is easy to work with and a nice guy to work with.

I was looking for someone who will bring my pool back to life after a long period of time that it wasn't used or maintained.
I called Miguel and the next day he came to take a look and told me what needs to be done. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive.
I scheduled with him to come and do what he suggested and he did a great job. He had multiple visits to make sure everything is working great, that the pool is clean and pool has the right level of chemicals.
While he was working on the pool I had many questions and Miguel was happy to answer and explain everything.

Miguel was extremely pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and I will definitely go to him again with any spa needs in the future. My large spa needed an acid wash to remove years of chemical buildup. After searching several unresponsive web sites I luckily contacted Miguel. He promptly arranged a convenient time, got the job down returning the spa to a pristine state and charged an extremely reasonable price. He in addition helped me fix a problem with one of my pumps and shared a wealth of information on how to best manage my spa.

Miguel was excellent. I highly recommend him he is reasonably priced. and did a fantastic job with my Swim Spa. He did everything he said he would, for balancing the chemicals, cleaning it out , draining and deep cleaning . I was so impressed with his work. He also decided to clean the pool cover, which was a very large cover. Highly recommend him honest, and does an excellent job. I am so happy I found them and will be calling him back for my next clean out .

Came one hour after I called him. Researched what the problem could be with my spa. Looked at all options. Quickly found problem, fixed it at reasonable price. Taught me some things I didn't know about my spa. Very nice man! I would definitely call him again if needed. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone needing help with a spa or hot tub! I believe he does pools as well.

I inherited a hot tub when I purchased a house in San Francisco and spoke to Mr. Miguel about its care and how to ensure that it will last a good long time. He was responsive, honest, and only wanted to make sure I enjoyed the tub, never focusing on Any unnecessary visits, just acting like a real professional. I recommend him highly.
