We hired them for mold removal in one section of our home. Brian completed the mold remediation services and finished with basic mold cleaning. The dryer vent inspection and dryer vent cleaning were done correctly, and air duct cleaning was included. While the results were acceptable, the visit felt somewhat rushed, and explanations could have been more detailed.

The mold removal performed by this company was effective, but the experience was average overall. Mold remediation services were explained by Robert, and the mold removal itself was done well. The mold cleaning was acceptable, but we expected more detail in the final walk through. They also completed a dryer vent inspection, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning. Prozone Clean did an amazing job in my house in Capo Beach after my tenant left. The house had a strong pet odor, after carpets washing and whole house deep cleaning we couldn't get rid off. Really happy with the results for my car! I was looking for a safe and effective way to get the AC system of my car cleaned, since it had a bit of a musty smell and I was suspecting mold. We also have a dog and the car has absorbed a bit of her smell. I’ve read many things about ozone and how it can be an effective way of decontaminating the AC, as well as removing odors from the car, without the use of harsh chemicals and the risk of making it worse.

Joachim was very professional and friendly, and he spent a long time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He did a very detailed cleaning and ozone treatment of my entire car and its AC system. The musty smell is completely gone and the air inside feels very fresh now with new filters. I am also amazed by how well he cleaned every single little space in the car - not a speck of dust anywhere.

I just moved into a new home in Talega, SC. Place is totally amazing, but I noticed at night there is a sharp vinegar type smell. Long story short it's the tree's during the rainy humid weather we had for a bit. Before I realized that I had Joachim from Prozone come out and I would have paid to have their service done, but he examined it and neither of us could smell anything. He was honest and alleviated all of my concerns about any past issues in the home that maybe resurfaced. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Heaven forbid I ever need their service I would definitely use them.

OK. First of all, I wished I would have found Joachim much earlier. Our condo in San Pedro became infested with toxic mold after the upstairs flooded our unit the year prior. Long story short, my son (tenant) battled with illness to the point he had to go to the ER then move out. Once we tested, the suggestion (due to the species) was to throw away pretty much everything. All of his possessions. We also went to a "remediation" company which basically charged me thousands of dollars for who knows what.

Fast forward to my son's next apartment in Huntington Beach. The mold followed! As the remediation company in San Pedro said a few items could be taken that were left in the fogged area (like the TV and pots and pans) if they were cleaned. Guess what? A very expensive lie. Like a Steven King horror movie, this Aspergillus Niger / Penicillium infected the new place (and new car) to where my son got sick again, making his existing neurological problems worse. He could not work or even look for work.

Enter Prozone Clean. I hired Joachim to do a "shock" ozone treatment of both the car and the apartment. Bottom line: totally destroyed the mold. No more feeling sick. No evidence of regrowth. All of his possessions were saved. And mold and mycotoxin free.

If we would have done this initially in the condo in San Pedro, we would have saved tens of thousands of dollars. Seriously.

Joachim is a genuine guy. He cares. Period. You will not find ANYONE in this mold/remediation industry that cares about anything but taking money out of your bank account. Joachim even has ozone units for sale, which we bought so that my son could do his own ozone treatments if the evil spores pop up again.

Do not hesitate to contact Joachim for service and advice in this area. The apartment and car smelled clean and fresh. I am sensitive myself to allergens, and even I feel excellent in both the car and the apartment (after several weeks now).

As a newly single mom that had just moved to the area, I was lost when I found out the rain gutters in the house I bought in Trabuco Canyon needed to be completely replaced. Better than any other carpet cleaner than I ever used, they got out stains that I have suffered through multiple cleanings that did not get it out. Thanks Best customer service I have ever received!!!
