I needed it reattached and the seams fixed, so I looked for help and found this company. Donovan contacted me quickly, listened to my situation, and gave me an estimate over the phone. He also offered to come by and take a look, which I appreciated. Before arriving, I got a text letting me know he was on the way. He explained some things about carpet care, gave helpful maintenance tips since we have cats that scratch the carpet, and confirmed the estimate. Accepting the proposal was easy and the job was scheduled within a few days. I received another text before the crew arrived. The team was polite and worked efficiently. Overall, very professional and knowledgeable service—highly recommend and will use again!

Things with All Seasons started off great. They were able to find a slot on the day I wanted and the pricing was in line. I confirmed they quoted a deep carpet cleaning. The day of the service the person performing the services showed up on time. That’s where the 5 star service ends. Immediately he confirmed my services and said that was a basic cleaning with no shampoo or steam. If I wanted a deep cleaning it would be double the quoted prices. I unwilling accepted. He started to perform the cleaning and completed all my upstairs rooms in less than 45 minutes and definitely seemed like a rushed job. No attention to the stains was applied or any sort of spot cleaning. I would not concern this a deep cleaning what so ever. There was water on the hardwood hallway from the equipment but did not care to wipe it up and just kept moving his equipment throughout the house without any sort of cleanup from his work.

Then he began to bring the cleaning equipment back down the stairs. Banging the equipment on each step down which is completely unacceptable. I had some nice art work on the wall. He tripped and ripped the artwork off my wall and scuffed up the wall. Not a care in the world and just kept working like nothing happened. When confronted about it he said it was an accident and I still owed for the services performed which I was still willing to pay even for the awful cleaning job. However I said you must compensate me for the damage. Which he was unwilling to do so. Finally we agreed he would clean an extra rug I had for free. He unrolled the rug on my uneven drive way, cleaned it within five minutes not a single care to remove any of the stains or anything. Demanded his money. Then he emptied his tank of dirty water onto my neighbor property and drove off.

After he left I called the office to speak to a manager. I am still awaiting a call back. Absolutely awful service. Take your business elsewhere!!
