What a difference from the last pool company I had service my pool.

The owners are extremely responsive as well as knowledgeable. George, who did all the complex work did a truly excellent job cleaning old & installing some new equipment. Bonus points for being careful not to spread themselves too thin, so that they can keep up the level of service. Overall by far the best contractor I've worked with, would recommend to anyone.

Pure Pool just replaced my control panel and repaired my heater so everything is back in perfect working order. They always do a prompt, professional, thorough job.

We built our pool about 5 years ago and have been using Pure Pool Solutions since day one. It was our first pool as owners/adults, so we had a lot of initial questions & needed a little help on the basic ins/outs of managing the system. It’s also a salt water pool. The owners and team are very reliable, responsible, knowledgeable and trustworthy & friendly. They go beyond to make sure you are getting the service and things you need for your pool. I can call and/or text the owner (Mike) direct and he will always willing to help and gets back to use immediately. We might pay a little bit more than some of the other pool services, but this is the real deal & they’re running a true professional company. You pay for what you get…Great quality, great people, reliable & consistent service. Highly recommend.

Consistently great service (Pool and Spa) and competitive pricing. Mike took over a totally green (algae laden) pool and returned it to crystal clear status. Mike and Michelle also provided me with good recommendations for reduced water and electricity usage to keep total pool costs down. Highly recommended.

I have been a Pure Pool Solutions customer since February 2014. I have always been pleased with the promptness and capability to resolve those difficult pool problems that arise with a 30 year old pool. I relie on Mike and Michelle to provide staff to resolve control and auxiliary problems as well as the weekly and routine water quality issues. Recently, the connector and fitting for the pool sweep failed. I texted Mike and the next day the proper fitting was installed. I have had many issues like this some smaller some more extensive but always have had prompt and capable service.

Mike from Pure pool is honest, dependable and not only services your pool but is there to help when there is a problem. We have used Mike for over 6 years now and he has not only kept our pool clean but solved many issues for us as they came along. Would not use anyone else

Michelle was very responsive to my service request. She’s personable and friendly. The technician that came out was qualified and friendly. We were able to get the work scheduled quickly which was great! I’d highly recommend this company for pool equipment work.

As a new pool owner, we appreciate the way Pure Pool explained the operation of the equipment, In addition, the guys who do the weekly service are prompt and efficient. They take the time to explain recommended changes to the operation and inquire if we have any questions. Can't ask for better service.

Our pools filtration pump kicked the bucket after 15 years of life. I contacted Pure Pools Solution because they are a small local business and had awesome yelp reviews. I rec'd a return call within 15 mins of my voice message and Michelle was informative, knowledgeable and professional. She had the owner out at my house the next day to access our problems and give us an estimate. They were so patient while I worked with my home warranty to cover the costs - and they performed the repair quickly. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service, responded promptly and honestly to a request for a quotation for a new pool pad, letting us know what didn't need replacing and providing some options. Installation was quick, clean and well executed and have now contracted pure pool to look after my pool on a routine basis which they have provided them same standard of service.

I only used them for a short time before realizing that it wasn’t going to work. There was a lack of follow through and poor communication. I also suspected some dishonesty. I was told that certain services were performed but my cameras told a different story. It sounds like a lot of people have had a great experience (which is why we chose Pure Pool), but that wasn’t my experience at all.

The work is always done right. Carlos came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Thought he could fix the pump without having to install a new one…Money saved and working better than ever a week later. Carlos always gives me some helpful tips as well to keep the pool looking great. A BIG thanks to Michele and Carlos!!!
