An agency with integrity, honesty and major expertise! They are arborists, not just a tree service. I don't recommend anyone else because I don't trust anyone else.

Roberto came out to remove my tree stump. He was very professional and gave great advice for re-planting in that same location. I would recommend using him every time.

I contacted them from an ad in a flyer. Made a quick apt for estimate which I accepted. They scheduled to come out in short order. They did lose the order but agreed to come out later in the day. Two trucks and 7 guys showed up for a $375 job! There was a second option and I took it which double the scope. They did it in short order. When one of them saw my wife picking up little sticks after there finished cleaning up he got another guy and a barrel and came back for every stick that they could find. I'll have them back!

Requested free mulch drop for my yard. Received communication right away and crew was able to provide the same week. Thank you for the great service!

Used Terry's tree service to have some stumps removed. Roberto did a great job, he was punctual courteous and left area clean.I will definitely use Terry's tree service again.

I didn't use the service because their price was sky high (3X my best quote and more than twice my middle quote). They also were not available for several months to do the work. I have to assume they just didn't want the work. I always hire an arborist, but they described themselves as the gold standard, and I think we need maybe the bronze standard. I don't believe in overpaying and don't know why their quote was so off-base.

Terry's was here in under an hour when we had two large branches fall off our Chinese Elm tree. I was so impressed with the responsiveness and quick clean up of a harrowing situation. Highest recommendations!

The owner Tim was very professional and very informative. His foreman Arturo had the crew work safely and effectively. I am very pleased with the work they had done. They went above and beyond. My neighbors had come up to me after telling me that they plan on using the service to after seeing the great work they had done on my property.

Just had Terry's Tree Service trim our 75' and 50' palm trees. There were 6 or 7 crew members with a bucket truck. They arrived promptly and took only 25 minutes to complete the job. No, muss, no fuss, no bother.

Roberto and his crew were very professional and friendly. They removed a tree that was growing through a power line, trimmed an orange tree, and removed several hard-to-reach trees/stumps that were near our fence. Spectacular service! Couldn’t be more pleased with this business. They arrived at our residence very quickly and rescued our kitten from a VERY tall tree. The employees were kind and handled the matter easily at an affordable rate, which really makes a difference for someone on a tight budget.

We had a large olive tree removed. Terry's showed up on time and were done in less than an 1 1/2 hours including complete clean-up. the work done was very thorough and with no peripheral harm to other plants and irrigation. Staff was very professional in their interactions with us but in the end I did not need to worry about the service at all. the completeness at the price given was of tremendous value and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Terry’s Tree Service before. They do a great job. But what really impressed me was that they came out free of charge to rescue a cat at the top of a pine tree in our neighborhood. Umberto and Santiago climbed all the way almost to the top of a 100 foot tree to rescue the cat. We are so grateful to them for rescuing the cat. A big thank you to Terry’s Tree Service.

Three times as much compared to other estimates I got. In fact, it makes me want to leave the healthcare field and get into the tree service business with how much I was quoted in one day to clear backyard weeds.

From first phone call to the actual project Terry’s Tree has been excellent. Antonette came out to give me an estimate and she was amazing. Listened to all my needs which was trimming a giant redwood I have that had branches going onto my roof and cleaning up the yard. She was polite, kind and really understood what I wanted done. Booked the appointment hours later and when the day came everyone was on time and executed everything perfectly! It was like I had a brand new yard. Would 100% recommend! Service was great and the price was outstanding!

I want to give this company high praise for their compassion to living beings and their contribution to the welfare of the community! Terry's Tree Service responded quickly and rescued a little 2-lb kitten 40+ feet high in a redwood tree. The climber compassionately and expertly managed to retrieve the kitten safely who had moved laterally further away from the trunk. I feel that a company who takes the time from lucrative jobs to rescue a tiny kitten will be conscientious, honest and hardworking in their tree service. Kudos to Terry's Tree Service!!! Please hire them; I certainly will!
