This was a great tree service. I live in the country and have many large 30ft trees to be trimed and cut down. Terry had his crew within a week and they were wonderufl. It took 2 weeks of hard work but they did a very thorough job right up until the last day. No more worries of Winter storms!!!!

Unfortunately while the cuts are healthy, the tree just looks butchered and hacked. It will take years to reshape.
Also the guys they sent were mostly polite and skilled, but the language barrier was a problem. And they were not gentle about trampling the garden or dropping very large branches on the deck. (Which was very stressful, and I could see your workers through the window making fun of me. Rude. Considering the number of times I had to ask you to not trample the garden)
The best thing I can say is that they didn't make unhealthy cuts to the trees and the price was good (now I know why). But they left obvious cuts that should have been made and yet still managed to over-prune.
I will be going back to Traverso Trees. Recommend anyone reading this check them out as well.

I am writing a glowing individual review for Terry's Tree Service.

First, I want to thank the administrative staff, Robin and Alysa because all too often administrative staff are not praised by the customer.

We have had many tree emergencies over the years.

On all occasions, both Robin and Alysa have acted fast to ensure that a team was sent right away.

If they hadn't ensured that a timely response to our tree emergencies were followed through, severe injury could have incurred to either ourselves or our neighbors and or the property of ours and our neighbors.

In fact, one time, they were so through that 2 teams responded to the same job.

They are both helpful, positive and understanding.

Thank you Robin and Alysa for ensuring that everything went smoothly during all of our tree emergencies.

Also, all of the members of Terry's team are nothing short of amazing.

Both Terry and his daughter, Antoinette are very knowledgeable and generous with their time. They have spent up to an hour on multiple occasions answering all of my questions prior to my jobs.

Terry's tree cutters, crew and stump guy all practice safe measures. They were eager to please, positive and are all hard workers. The most refreshing part of everyone of Terry's team is that that they have all expressed on multiple occasions that they love their job! Wow!!!!!

I was really impressed when 2 crews responded to the same emergency and the second crew that responded ensured that the other crew was supported.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. The cost for them to do the work is well worth it.

Terry’s Tree Service trimmed our fruitless mulberry trees yesterday afternoon and I was amazed how quickly they were able to get the job done.
When we requested a quote their representative listened to how we wanted the trees trimmed and said that wasn’t a problem at all but then he showed us some growth issues with the trees and gave us some recommendations to improve their overall health. Their pricing was fair and they were friendly but very professional.
The finished result was absolutely perfect. They picked up all the twigs and disposed of the large branches leaving the yard neat and tidy.

My redwood tree fell on my Porsche and they took extra care to rescue my baby. Simply amazing my car only had a broken windshield and a couple dings!

Excellent service — punctual, professional, and skilled. They trimmed all the trees around our fence, removed a dead one, and left everything spotless.

We had a massive 300+ year old Valley Oak split in half and fall on our house in a windstorm last week. Terry came out and gave an estimate, brought a team out to formulate a plan, and had it down and gone in three days. His team worked quickly yet safely. They took extra steps to protect our lawn from the heavy equipment that needed to be brought in. They cleaned up the site after each day and at the end of the job. I would definitely work with them again, and I will recommend them to anyone that has a big tree issue.

Terry’s Tree Service is responsive, reliable and professional at a reasonable price. When we called with an emergency, a large tree limb threatening to crash onto our roof, they sent a tech out within the hour and she had an experienced three-man crew on the job two hours later to “remove” the tree, which had split and could not be saved. The crew worked in 100-degree heat and completed the job, including stump removal, in under four hours. With skill and surgical precision, the crew cut down the tree and removed the remnants with minimal impact to nearby plants, landscaping and structures. We were sad to lose our beloved Chinese Pistache, but if it had to come down we wanted it done right. For any future tree work, we’ll be calling Terry’s Tree Service.

Did an amazing job. Had trees, junipers, and assorted bushes removed over a 4 hour span. Very professional crew, who went above and beyond.

We had a huge oak tree fall unexpectedly, partially on a building. Terry's Tree Service was recommended by our friend/realtor. Terry was out to survey the damage the same day and the tree removed right away. Other trees were damaged as well and they were taken out to prevent future issues. We are extremely happy with the service and care of our property by Terry and his crew. We highly recommend this business for their excellent work, knowledge and professionalism.

Great crew, great work and overall very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend! They were able to remove a 60+ foot cedar in less than a day... even the stump. Amazing!

Ivan was very knowledgeable about all the trees surrounding our house and guided us with the right actions to take to address our needs. He helped us understand our trees nature and we took his recommended trimming vs removal in some cases. Ivan, Jimmy and his team were unbelievably quick in removing 6 trees and trim 6 more. The communication was good. They left my place, neighbors place and roads clean and clear. I would recommend their services.

We are very happy with our new pool service with Clean & Clear Pools. We would highly recommend them. Our pool is maintained with excellent care by Mark and his staff. If we have any issue with our pool equipment, Mark is quick to address the problems and get things functioning again!

Unfortunately, I have to report that I am really disappointed with the behavior of this company. This is what happened: While I was out (I normally work from home) and my husband was at work, a worker parked backwards in my parking spot with a ladder on top of the van and backed towards my garage, damaging the metal garage door. My son witnessed this, and a neighbor saw the van parked there.
The garage door still works but it makes a terrible noise since the metal pieces no longer align properly. Because of this, we cannot take the car out early in the morning without disturbing people in our house or neighbors.
We tried to handle this situation properly by reaching out to the company by email and phone. They said that "they will investigate." We did not hear back. After I returned from my business travel, I confronted the worker, but he denied this. The company said, "Charge your home insurance." I kept their old skimmer to check with my son if this is what he was referring to since both the worker and his manager (I believe not the owner of the company) denied that the worker had a ladder. My son repeated it was a ladder.
I asked the manager to come, pick it up, and talk about the damage, but they did not. Nobody showed up. They know there is a $5,000 liability issue and they are clearing their hands of it. I gave them a week to fix this (no news). And the worst part is that the manager said "you do not have cameras" when I told him this happened like he knew it did happen. Fortunately, we do have witnesses. Be careful with this company!!

I've been using Atlantis Pools for my pool service and couldn't be happier! They are incredibly reliable - always showing up on time on their scheduled days. My technician is professional and friendly.
