These guys were terrific. They scheduled an appointment in short order and Jesse came out and did a terrific job. He was fully of money saving tips and incredibly honest. Just a really good guy. I will certainly use Air Design again.

Don is the man! Our AC kept going out on us intermittently and he came to solve the mystery and help us out on short notice several times. He was spot on with diagnosing our issues and was able to help save the day and get us back to a cool house when our AC completely went out in the middle of the hot summer.

I worked with Don and he was fantastic. They had very fair and reasonable prices. We purchased a new Trane heater and air conditioner system. Don was able to get us on the schedule in just a few days after placing our order. They did a fantastic installation job and we are very happy. I would highly recommend Don and Air Design Heating and Cooling.

Don and Jesse at Air Design Heating and Cooling do excellent work. They have helped me with multiple projects: both repairs and replacements. This month, they installed a new Trane 2 ton AC, 3 ton furnace (in the attic), and thermostat. I am grateful to them because they are responsive (they pick up their own phone, (vs an answering service)), helpful/quick (got an initial appointment the next morning), honest (have told me if a) nothing is wrong b) repair costs/vs likelihood it might need another future repair or c) reasonable replacement estimate ), clean (they wear booties and masks inside, and bring drop cloths), knowledgeable and prepared (has noticed technical issues that needed fixing, and had extra lighting prepared when our attic light was dark), customer service oriented (Don went the extra mile to lend a ladder, since we didn’t have one, and be there for the permit inspector), and professional (Permit passed; Job got done well and on time). Overall: highly recommend.

They were very responsive, even on a weekend. I have a rental house and the furnace went out, again. It was very easy to get in touch with someone, schedule an appointment, and get a clear understanding of the problem and the costs. The furnace was 29 years old and I decided to replace it. The entire job was done the next day. Very happy with the speed and simplicity of the process on my end. Would highly recommend them.

The gentlemen that came out and serviced my unit was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. And the woman who helped me on the phone, Erika, was so sweet and patient with me. Got a quote of $3200 to remove furnace, clean, and re-seal return and replace supply plenum. Got most of it in writing and partially verbal commit to wipe down the return plenum. Day of work, they finished 3 hours early (while I was in a meeting) and asked my wife to sign a new contract for a different set of work, since the guy on-site felt removing and re-sealing the return was not necessary, but still kept price at $3200.

They did really good work, and maybe re-sealing the return wasn't necessary after all, but they did half the work, and definitely over-charged to begin with. Would maybe go with them again but definitely get competing quotes and be sure to get everything in writing and sync with every adult in the house on what should and should not be signed in case they decide to re-scope half way through the job.

my 40 year old furnace was not working. I called Qualtech at 3PM and was given an appointment for the following day. The Tech showed up on time. The office even made a courtesy call to remind me they were on their way. The tech tried several attempts to get the heater working before suggesting the controller board might need replacement. While removing the board the tech noticed a wire was a bit loose. He tightened the wire and re-started the furnace. Fired right up. Super helpful tech and fair price for the service call. I am replacing my furnaces next year during a remodel. I will be calling qualtech to do the work
