I recently had my heater repaired by Omar at Qualtech. They were able to schedule a same day appointment for me, came out quickly to diagnose and returned later in the day with the needed part to complete the repairs. Thanks to Qualtech, my house is warm and cozy again. I truly appreciate their prompt and honest service.

Daniel and crew did a great job on our installation. Ours was an under house installation in a 4 foot crawl space with AC. We needed to relocate the heater and replace all of the duct work. We were told the installation would take 2 days and it did. The crew was on time, professional and courteous. We needed to make a slight adjustment about 1/2 way in and the crew immediately responded. Later we discovered a minor issue and they were right out to remedy. Great to have a contractor do exactly what they promised. Thanks Daniel!

I made an appointment for a estimate for some HVAC work. They didn't show. When I called, the woman who answered said all appointments have a two-hour window. When I complained that the person who made the appointment didn't tell me that, she got rude and told me "that's the way we've done it for twenty years."

I purchased a new furnace and coil from Quality Tech. I got bids from several different companies. Qual Tech provided an excellent bid, much better than their competitors. Great service, on time, excellent technicians, professional installation and instructions. I highly recommend the use of Quality Tech for heating and air conditioning needs.

I recent have my central heater and AC installed by Qualtech. They did any awesome job. They addressed all my concerns throughout the job. Daniel, Jennifer, Jesus and his crews was great. They are very easy to work with. I would recommend anyone who need their heater or AC work on. I also want to mention that Daniel give me a very competitive quote compare to all other companies in San Ramon and Concord. I went with Qualtech cause Daniel was very personal and very knowledge. Jennifer and I called on a whim trying to figure out or ac issue on this hot day. We spoke with Erica, and not only was she extremely nice and sympathetic, but she used her knowledge and was able to help us right on the spot. Our issue was corrected over the phone right there and then!!

I hope she knows how appreciative we are and I hope that her company knows how lucky that are to have her!

My husband and I decided to update our heating/cooling system since it was original to our 1970's home. We contacted 3 separate contractors and based on time/cost/ and professionalism, we decided to go with Qualtech. We were given a time frame and on the start day, right at 8:00 a.m., they were at the door. Work began immediately and the entire crew worked endlessly and professionally. We were given a 3 day time to complete and at the end of the second day, work was completed. Daniel showed me the "ins and outs" of the furnace and thoroughly showed me how to set the new thermostat. We were very happy with the work that was done by Qualtech.

Two days later, a major rainstorm came through the bay area and through no fault of Qualtech, our roof developed a leak. I called Daniel to see if he knew a roofer we could call that could take care of the problem. He called a roofer he knew but he was on his way to another roofing emergency so Daniel braved the rains and drove to our house to do what he could. Major emergency diverted.

We would definitely use them again if there was ever a need and would recommend Qualtech to anyone who has a need for heating and/or cooling.

I received excellent service from Daniel, Elijah, Antonio and Laurie. They kept me well informed and up to date on the entire process the installation was smooth. The employees are superb. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had a heatpump installed at our home to replace our HVAC unit. Once we signed the agreement with Qualtech Heating and Cooling Erika started scheduling us and got us in the next week. She was very helpful in explaining everything upfront and said if we ever had any other questions to contact her. I did and she was very responsive through phone and email. Monday morning came for our appointment and Antonio and Eddie showed up on time to start. They both were very Professional. I showed them where everything was at and they went to work. It was nice they would give me status updates on what was going on like when they had to turn power off and even when they ran to grab lunch. I appreciate that. after install they ran through the thermastat and gave me some information on how the unit works differently than a HVAC. Like the way the outside fan works which is a difference. After that Erika walked me through doing the rebate process. As there is a lot of information she explained everything thoroughly. She also walked me through scheduling the final inspection and booked my baywren inspection. She follows up when she gets notified of where the rebates are at after everything is completed as well.
I want to say that if you are in the need of any type of Unit replacement they are a great company all around and would deffinately recommend them.

GREAT EXPERIENCE start to finish! I recently had to have my entire furnace, air conditioner and ducts replaced. I had two other local companies out for estimates before Qualtech, one of which rescheduled a few times before actually making it out--not a good sign. The rep for Qualtech was on time, was very thorough with his information, and provided a very competitive quote. Work was started just a few days later. The entire project was completely quickly and flawlessly. They were meticulous about cleanup. The entire staff is amazingly polite, friendly and informative. I'm so happy with the new system, it works great and is much quieter than my old units. Will absolutely recommend them.

Needed to have heating and air conditioning installed in a new in-law /office ( ADU ) unit we recently completed. I honestly hadn’t even considered alternatives to standard central heating prior to reaching out to Qualtech. Their consultant, Daniel and project coordinator, Erika, provided extremely helpful information regarding Mitsubishi ductless systems. They were both very knowledgeable and honest in providing the details, pros and cons of these systems. I am so glad I followed their advice and went with this system. I’ve been testing out the unit, and WOW! Super quiet operation. One of my concerns was “would it distribute air evenly?” I really had nothing to worry about, both heating and cooling is distributed quickly and evenly. I’ll soon be adding a ductless system to the main house, to alleviate the one upstairs room that is always unbearably hot in the summer. Calling Qualtech was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding home upgrades and repairs. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Definitely a 5-star company.

These guys are fantastic!! We had a great experience with the entire team. The office personnel is extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure that my project (new furnace, added additional vents, new air purification system) went smoothly. The installation team were 2 of the nicest guys ever, and they were so helpful in answering my many questions during the project. I am so impressed with them, the quality of their work and the positive experience they gave us. Add EXTRA stars for their reasonable rates, they were significantly less than the other guys!

Highly recommend Qualtech. Received 4 different quotes from different vendors Qualtech was the cheapest which isn’t always the best quality. I took the risk had them install a new furnace/AC and it works amazing. The quality of work and attention to detail was extremely important to the installers. (Abraham and Elijah) I had and additional vent added and the installer went above and beyond to not cut a ton of holes in the drywall. (Which is your responsibility to fix. All 4 quotes were the same drywall is on you.)

When you get the quote ask about rebates. (Erika is super helpful so ask questions!) I ended up changing the first quote and got a higher efficiency unit which cost more but the rebates covered it. The office will walk you through the rebate process which is super easy. They also handle the permit. You are required to set up the permit walk through which took at most 20 minutes.

I would recommend Qualtech to my family and friends.

We recently replaced our very old HVAC unit in the first floor of our house. After consulting with several companies we decided to proceed with Qualtech because they were very professional, responsive as well as priced fairly. Daniel was great - he quoted and designed the system for us and put a plan together that allowed us to move the HVAC unit to the attic. Erika who runs scheduling and the office was very responsive and the installers Antonio and Elijah always showed up on time, kept things clean and kept to schedule. Antonio was the lead installer and very much appreciated his attention to detail and quality workmanship. The new unit is very quiet and cools the house very quickly. We have been very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend working with this company.

I have been wanting to get a mini-split A/C for a long time. I got 4 quotes and Qualtech was one of them. What set Qualtech apart: The entire experience was AMAZING, not just their fast service times and very competitive rates, but also the staff and their teams knowledge. Erika manages the office and goes above and beyond EVERY single time. She explained everything to me and was probably the No.1 reason I went with Qualtech. I got a cassette installed on the ceiling and it works perfectly for my house. The unit did have some issues at first (manufacturers issues, I got a Mitsubishi) but everyone including Elijah and Omar were so professional and reliable that I would not hesitate to use Qualtech AND recommend them again. I would honestly give them 6 stars if I could.

Wow! I was incredibly fortunate to find Qualtech to quote and install my Mitsubishi mini split system. Erika, the office manager was incredibly resourceful and reliable throughout the entire process all the way to the rebate. She was a partner from beginning to end. The bidder Daniel, and installers Abraham and Leandro were very professional and worked through the day to get the job done. When we requested some modifications to an third party interface without hesitation they came back and got it right. Antonio and Erie brainstormed until a satisfactory solution was found.

Quality work, reliable, and very good value. Trust me, I got 5 different quotes and these guys were the right price.

I want to start out by saying that Erika, Laurie, Omar, Antonio, and Elijah were a pleasure to work with. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I made a call to Qualtech for an estimate on a new HVAC system.
Erika took the call and said that Omar would give me a call to set up an appointment Omar called within two hours and was here the following day. He went over options and he recommended what he thought would be best for my home. The quote came within two days, and was well thought out.
I called Erika and said let's do it. Two weeks later Antonio and Elijah arrived to do the installation. Omar was here when they arrived to go over what was going to be done. Antonio and Elijah did an outstanding job from start to finish. Antonio came back to balance the air flow in the ductwork a couple of days later.
I have lived in this house for 52 years and the HVAC system has never been better.
