Michael and his crew did a wonderful job trimming and pruning our backyard. They were respectful of the property and also, finished woodchipping an old pile in the front yard. Clean-up after job was done well. Overall, experience was excellent!!!

Did a great job trimming our mulberry tree, removing dead branches and getting more clearance above our house and neighbor’s house. Other arborists I’ve used in the past wrecked our yard and broke a bunch of stuff. American Arbor was very careful with our yard and garden.

We had a great experience with Mathew and the crew. Mathew responded quickly to my initial call and scheduled a consult immediately. He’s knowledgeable and trustworthy, and we felt very comfortable with his recommendations. It was a busy season, so we had to wait a few weeks for the work to be done, but we’re very pleased with the results.

I am so impressed with the work performed by American Arbor. I am very picky and I would have never had them trim what they did, but I trusted them and these guys trimmed our trees beautifully, They have in depth knowledge of “healthy” cuts and a natural look. They were careful, thoughtful and they cleaned up their mess.

Mathew, the company owner and his son came out to consult with us on one of our front yard trees. The tree had been exhibiting a few dead limbs and we needed professional advise as how to proceed with the trees care. Mathew was only here for a short while but offered to come back and trim some of the tree's limbs. Worth mentioning Mathew said, our tree was basically in good overall health. Mathew did come back and trimmed our tree - what a great way to run a business. By all means we got more than our money's worth.

Terrible service. Horrible social skills. Zero stars. I do not recommend. I called this arborist in the morning to inquire about tree maintenance on my property. The person said they were busy, so I gave them my name, phone number, and address, and said to call me back later and we'd schedule an appointment. Two hours later there is a random knock on my front door. It's the person I'd spoken with on the phone. I'm not usually at home, but since they were here I decided to show them the trees I'd like trimmed or maybe removed. Since we were in the front of the house I started by showing them the liquid ambers with the branches that are hanging low and into my neighbors roof and yard. First thing this person did was say "those are junk trees and you shouldn't spend $2 on them, it would cost me at least $250 just to get people out here to limb those." No questions. No dialogue. No "show me your other trees". The person was rude and entitled and felt the need to "mansplain" to me how "tree trimming works". They may as well have said sweetheart and darling at the end of every sentence. No thank you. I will keep my "junk trees" and $250.

I called this business for an estimate and because I did not have the address in directly in front of my face he commented what kind of person does not have the address to a property he needs work done then as I was pulling it up he got mouthy with me at that moment I told him I was done and I was not going to have him talk to me like that. Then later he messages me and says he does not need the work that he's doing very well his website is very slim basic for being so successful if he talks to potential customers like this I can only imagine how he treats his employees and other people!!

They just finished removing a diseased Weeping Willow tree for me. They did Great work in all phases of the job. Very nice men and they knew what they were doing and were very professional. Clean up was great and the price was as quoted and well worth it. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a tree removed or any tree work done.

Matthew and his son Michael came to our house in about an hour from the time that I called. A very large branch had fallen on the roof of our house the night before. They cut up and cleared the tree from our backyard and secured the branch safely until they could come back to complete the job. It was the day before Thanksgiving. They came first thing in the morning the day after Thanksgiving and finished their work. Matthew and his entire crew were honest and hardworking people and provided incredible customer service. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend them and will forever pass their name around. Thank you again for everything!

I was very happy with their service. I received prompt service, after the tree trimming they even came back to get a few branches that I requested. I have worked with a few arborists over the years and these guys were top notch! Very professional and friendly
