Just had approx 1200 sq ft of windows cleaned inside and out. Perfect job by Luis. On time and courteous very conscientious of indoor space. Will be using them again.

Lucas was very helpful and did a great job on on older windows that cover large spaces, some of which are not easy to get to. Will definitely use them again.

Danny the main guy who put up the Christmas lights on my house did an amazing job. What separated him from others is the attention to detail in making sure everything looked perfect and the way I wanted it to.

This first time experience with BIG WAVE WINDOW CLEANING was a mixture of responsiveness and quality. Inside and outside cleaning of windows and sills of a 1000 square foot house was to include clearing out of all cobwebs. The first young man, on time and full of “yes M’ams”, was incomplete in many ways. The office was IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIVE to having the job COMPLETED CORRECTLY. Coming at the weekend and since the company does no weekend work, I had to wait until the next Monday to have all missed places cleaned, cobwebs cleared and patio furniture returned to its proper place. In doing so, a young man,VICTOR, was then sent to clean up. He immediately saw the problems and AMICABLY completed all to my satisfaction. ALLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL, but it took a waiting period, a second worker to achieve this. THE OFFICE STAFF including FLOR and CHAI were SPOT ON at all times.

This time using this company. Victor was great very clean very professional. Definitely have him back.

Each time I have called to have my gutters cleaned, Big Wave Windows has come through: quickly, professionally, and with friendly service. My house is not an easy one to clean the gutters. 3 stories and with steep gables. But they make it look easy.

Victor was my Technician and he did an outstanding job! I’m in an older place with some hard to get to windows on the second level and he made it all look easy. I don’t think the windows have ever been this clean. The screens are also so clean that when I first looked out I thought he had forgotten to put them back, but they’re on there.
