I use Big Wave Window for all my rentals. They always do an excellent job. Carson cleaned my windows this time. He turned up on time to look at the property and give me a quote on washing the windows inside and out. He was professional, conscientious, hard working and he cared about the job.
Nice guy!! I also like the office staff, Flor and Nella. The communication is honest, clear and punctual.

This is my 2nd time using Big Wave Window and I've recommended them to two friends who've also used their service. They are the absolute best. VICTOR came to do my windows today--outside and inside, all screens, my sky lights and all my light fixtures. He was so nice, thoughtful, careful, worked quickly and did an incredible job. Big Wave Windows did an amazing job. We had never had our windows professionally cleaned before and it made a huge difference. Victor was our technician, and I would definitely ask for him again. He was detail oriented and the price was truly reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future.

Carson from Big Wave came out to clean our windows yesterday. They had been WAY overdue for a cleaning. We have a lot of large windows and doors in our home. Nothing was too big of a job for Carson. He had a great attitude, was very friendly and professional. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to do everything, by himself - home, skylights, outdoor lanterns and sconces, a gazebo and glass around our BBQ area and deck. I was very impressed and definitely recommend Big Wave.

I had to attend a wedding in Davis last week. As I was getting things out of my vehicle I accidentally dropped the tuxedo on the ground and got a very nasty oil stain. Needless to say I was very devastated because the wedding was on the following day. So I went into this cleaner nearby without knowing what to expect and they did an awesome job. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for saying my day.👍

Excellent quality service the first time I went! They even treated some stains I didn't know were possible to remove!

I took a very special cashmere jacket with handmade ceramic buttons here for dry cleaning. My husband came to pick it up, paid for it, and then was told that the buttons were damaged. They had sewn on other buttons without any discussion that did not match. When my husband expressed his dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, this was refused. He was told that it was our responsibility because we should have removed the buttons before taking the jacket for dry cleaning. They took no responsibility for ruining a favorite piece of clothing.
