Omgoodness my husband and I could not be more pleased with Leo and his helper, Dennis! They are phenomenal and after 3 previous attempts by other plumbers I had reached out to requesting a fix for not only a kitchen faucet but a very frustrating faucet issue created by the faucet, Leo mastered the task and resolved both issues (and I now have the coolest looking faucet). 😊 He discovered sprinkler leaks we had in 3 different places in our yard and capped those off beautifully while Dennis was upstairs removing curved sliding glass shower doors and replacing them with a curved shower rod and it was no easy fete but he worked diligently and what my husband and I were told by another person who came to our home to provide us an estimate “that couldn’t be done a certain way” IT WAS and mission accomplished. The removal was done professionally and looks AMAZING with the new rod and shower curtain!!!
Leo made sure we were well informed in advance explaining what the issues were that he saw and how they needed to be fixed and after he left, my husband and I concurred, we really liked him and both had a good feeling about him and that he would be highly capable of handling the jobs we were requesting. Needless to say, we weren’t disappointed.
Leo and Dennis made a good team and both worked very hard and were comfortable to be around! Turn around time from my first contact with Leo and getting the jobs done at an extremely affordable reasonable rate was quick! I highly recommend Leo and his business and he truly has gained new customers with us! Thank you Leo and Dennis!!! Appreciate you!!!

PRECISION PLUMBING is truly an amazing company. I had a problem with my water heater and some leak. Their plumbers Leo and his buddy were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. They are very respectful in your home and some of the nicest people. Leo kept in contact with me throughout the process and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I called after hours and Elija called me back at 8 pm to offer to come the next morning. He came out right on time, completed the job, and was accommodating on the type of payment. He is also very cheerful, which makes everything better. We've used him before, and we will use him again.

Amazing experience with Elijah! He did a shower fixture replacement, toilet + dishwasher adjustments all in one sitting. He was very communicative and thorough and I feel comforted that the quality of his work was top notch. Additionally he offers a warranty on his work which ensures no future issues! Highly recommend!

Elijah was an absolute pleasure to work with and his customer service is amazing. He came out the same day I called and had us scheduled for the repair a few days after. He installed a new wall mounted toilet for us and did a great job and left everything cleaner than when he started. Throughout, his communication was timely and very clear. Highly recommend, and will definitely call Elijah when we need plumbing help in the future!

At long last I have found my favorite plumbers. Elijah and his crew are sooooo great, such solid lovely humans: it's him, his brother, his childhood friend, and his childhood friend's brother. And they do great work. They replaced a section of sewer pipe for me and threw in a new toilet for free. They were efficient, communicative, always respectful, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.

We were going to do trenchless but the supplies didn't arrive on time, so they dug it all up and did what should have been a more expensive job for the cheaper price, just so they could finish within the timeline they had stated.

Elijah also fixed my hot water heater for free and is getting me a new shovel since I can't find mine. And we're not even sure if he's responsible for the shovel's disappearance. I will definitely use The Toiler Whisperer for all my plumbing needs. And the name, it's hilarious.

I had a pipe burst under my foundation. Elijah came out the next day with the equipment to locate the leak, right in the middle of my kitchen. Then Elijah, Jon, and Josh came out as soon as they could and dug the smallest hole they could, and made the repair in half a day. Elijah and The Toilet Whisperer have always been great plumbers to work with, and they're just great people. I'm really lucky to have a plumber I can trust and enjoy working with...even if I hope it will be a while before I see him again.

Elijah and his brother Isaac were great to work with! I needed pipes cut and capped and Elijah was prompt in replying and getting it taken care of! They were also the most competitive in price and will price match other companies! Highly recommend, will definitely use them again in the future!

Our experience with The Toilet Whisperer was extremely positive! Elijah was able to schedule technicians to come out right away. Jon Kim showed up and got right to work, understanding our desperation. Elijah also came by to help out with a temporary solution.
Jon had to come back (as they previous jobs already scheduled). Jon and Josh worked hard and answered all of our questions amd wonderings. They were also super respectful. I would highly recommend The Toilet Whisperer for their hard work ethic, respectfulness, and compassion.

We loved working with the Toilet Whisperer guys! They were doing some work for a neighbor and agreed to come by to see if they could help install a new sink and garbage disposal for me. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day and did an amazing job installing my new sink, hooking it up to the dishwasher and installing a new garbage disposal. Everything works beautifully. He spent a ton of time ensuring the sink was level and had to grind away at the countertop to ensure a perfect fit. Elijah is such a pleasure to work with and ensured we were 100% happy with his work. He even went above and beyond and looked into why my stove wasn't working (the gas had been turned off by my HVAC folks). I would 100% recommend the Toilet Whisperer!

Update: My husband and I tried to do a toilet install on our own-but ran into an issue with an old flange. I texted Elijah at 8:30 at night and he immediately replied and arranged to come the next day. Our toilet is perfect-no rock and works great! Even my 15 year old son commented on how friendly and fun it is to have Elijah around. Seriously one of the nicest people and his work is awesome!

Elijah and Jesse truly are the toilet whisperers! We had an urgent toilet leak situation and they came out literally within minutes to fix it. Then we needed a new faucet in the kitchen and they again fixed it no problem. They are super efficient as well as personable and funny, and I recommend them very highly.

Elijah and the Toilet Whisperer are fantastic! He found the source of a pretty steady leak in my front sprinkler system, grabbed the part and had it fixed as quickly as he could. Elijah didn't rush to leave. He checked everything to make sure the problem was solved, and he guaranteed the work if there's any more problems. He also didn't overcharge me even though my first call was on a Friday night and he came out Saturday morning. Most importantly, I find them to be very trustworthy, which is not easy to find these days, so I highly recommend The Toilet Whisperer for your plumbing needs!
