Elijah is an excellent communicator, does fantastic work, arrives on time, and is a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed and solved a toilet leak for us and sent before and after photos since I was not at the home for the repair. Elijah, Jesse, Jon, and Josh are all wonderful plumbers—and good humans! We bought a new house that needed some major plumbing repairs. They provided a detailed estimate up front, and gave us options to consider. The pricing was quite reasonable, and they explained everything that needed to be done and why. They are all friendly and laid back, but also very professional and dependable. When we noticed a minor leak after they had been here, they came back and fixed it at no charge. We hope we don’t have further plumbing issues anytime soon, but if we do, we know who we’ll call… The Toilet Whisperer every time!

Professional and reliable service. Kind company with integrity. We were quoted a certain price for the repair of our toilet over the phone, but when the tech arrived and completed the job he charged us a higher rate. I explained that we received a lower quote over the phone for the job and the tech that came out to our house honored the original quoted price. The service to repair our clogged toilet was quick and we were also provided other toilet manufacturer options to look up for a completely new toilet in the near future. My family were in desperate need of replacing a very dated toilet in an older home. We contacted The Toilet Whisperer and were provided with an in depth consultation and very reasonable estimate on a modern toilet. Elijah and Jesse showed up on time for the installation. They were professional and incredibly knowledgeable. As well as very personable and upbeat. The service included the removal and disposal of our previous toilet and the installation of the new one. Overall it was a seamless, easy and positive experience! We are very satisfied with our new toilet!

Available in the middle of the night on a holiday, excellent service, great guy, good price. We were so grateful for him! And happy to support a small business. We had called Roto Rooter before I found him and they were trying to charge us double the price which was just outrageous.

Last month I called the Toilet whisperer we had a concern with our main pipe. We previously had two other plumbers out for the same issue in previous years so I felt like it was just a standard procedure. I spoke to John on the phone Customer service was top notch they came out same day and actually gave me valuable information and explained in detail my options moving forward. We were so impressed with their knowledge and Attention to detail we also requested them to look at our sprinkler system . We decided to have them replace our sprinkler system and take care of the pipes. John , Josh and Elijah arrived at my home ready to work. They did an amazing job on the sprinkler system it looked and worked better than it had before. Today I called them out again a new issue with a different sprinkler system , spoke to John with my concern, Elijah came out same day and replaced the damaged part. They have went above and beyond and truly care about the business and the customer. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of there professional services.

Elijah installed an aftermarket water softener at my home. He did a fantastic job. Installed all copper piping throughout and soldering work was impeccable with no leaks detected. Water softener has been working properly with no issues. Places additional insulation and hard scape foundation.

Elijah did an excellent job and he is very professional. I had to detach and re-install the bidet since I was transferring to new unit. He installed and detach my bidet meticulously and checked everything wether it works. He saw my hand-held shower set was unplugged, so he just installed the hand-held shower too which was very kind act and impressed since I didn’t ask him to install. He is way beyond perfection. I will definitely use The Toilet Whisperer again. I believe its the best plumbing service you can get in bay area.

Too bad I could not give Elijah at Toilet Whisperers 10 stars! The bid on replacing my toilet was VERY reasonable compared to the other big name plumbers. They came out to give a bid promptly, installed in 2 days, was efficient and skilled and their work is guaranteed! I would have them again for ANY of my plumbing needs! Thanks Elijah!
