Overcharged, didn't fix leak(not all repair is guaranteed), no receipt given and had to argue with him to get it. Had to call another appliance repair company to fix it which did so with no problem. I do not recommend Sebastians to anyone.

I contacted this company for an appointment to look at my Samsung dryer it no longer heats. I gave the company the make and model of my dryer and explained the problem. The repair technician came to my home and looked at the dryer without touching it and said that the entire heating elements would need to be replaced without even touching the dryer. Then he said I owed him $85.00 for the service call which was all of 2 min and he did nothing that couldn't have been done over the phone. I do not recommend anyone use this company this was the worst experience I have ever had with an appliance repair company.

Today I had to make a really tough decision. Spend $2000+ on a new fridge or repair my 3 year old - $2000+, GE Profile fridge that had been slowly dropping temperature the past few days. I called several places and the folks answering the phone did not have the technical knowledge I needed to make the decision to book a service call or not. Finally I called one more company and Sebastian answered the phone thankfully. After telling him about my situation and location, we determined I live too far outside his service area for an onsite visit. Sebastian then knowing I was in a bind to make decision quickly continued to spend about 20 more minutes on the phone helping me run a couple tests to diagnose the source of my problem. He even reviewed some photos I had texted him. I can honestly say this was some of best customer service that I have ever experienced. I really appreciated his help because it was determined that the repairs would be way to costly to justify so buying a new fridge was the best decision. Thank you again Sebastian!

Called him up to pull the wash plate off of our top loader to check for residue (washer was smelly after multiple self cleaning cycles) specifically so I didn’t break the plastic cover over the bolt. He does exactly that finds very little residue and suggests I run some soaking cycles, fine. I’m annoyed but at least we know the machine isn’t full of debris. After a couple days we run a load of wash and out comes the plastic piece I specifically didn’t want to touch for fear of breaking which was obviously damaged during the job.

He responds immediately when I send the picture of the broken part and says he can fix it today, GREAT! He brings the part and then tells me it will be $45. I balk and he basically gives me the “what do you want me to do, I did you a big favor to get this part today”.

Any service or repair that results in damages, ESPECIALLY TO THE SPECIFIC PIECE BEING WORKED ON should be reported to the customer and fixed at no cost. You have lost a customer.

Terrible experience. Paid $145 for a diagnosis on May 23, and he didn’t fix the issue. Unprepared at the follow-up on May 30th. Didn’t fix the issue. Then he cancels last minute on June 1 and asks me to order the part. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
Do not recommend.

I called around everywhere on a Sunday. My washer broke right before the kids went back to school. He answered and said he would make time for me the next morning. In the AM, he sent a confirmation text and an ETA. He came prepared. He had the pieces needed to fix my washer that he already picked up, and he estimated a timeframe and then beat it in half! Washer works perfect, and I have no complaints. I would use them again anytime! I’m located in Vacaville (his business is registered in Dixon) and my washer type was a top loader newer Maytag washer.

Water dispenser and ice maker on refrigerator stopped working. I changed the filter, but that didn’t do the trick. Called and they were able to come out right away. He diagnosed the issue, a valve had gone bad. Got the part and came back the next day. Good as new, and pricing was reasonable. Would use again if I have any appliance issues.

I had the best experience. I reached out on Sunday and he came by on Tuesday. Prior to coming by, he asked for the model number and a description of the noise my dryer was making. When he arrived, he quickly found the broken part that was making the noise. He replaced it and was off in less than 45 minutes. I recommend this business. Great service!

He came out this morning as scheduled. I told him I would not be home but my husband would. He arrived and took the oven apart. Gave us the cost. Husband told him he'd be paying by card. He said he wouldn't take a card and wanted cash or check. He did not tell me that or I'd have left the checkbook with hubby. He stormed out leaving the oven parts strewn around the kitchen. NEVER AGAIN! How rude! And he did tell.my husband as he stormed out that he would not come out to us again!

Highly recommend Sebastian Appliance repair. My washer wasn't working and I called to make an appointment to have it looked at. He came the next morning and was able to fix it same day. He is very knowledgeable and could tell me what was wrong almost immediately just by looking at my washer. Very professional and affordable. We will definitely use Sebastian again for any Appliance repairs.
