Came to repair a heater problem, no communication and finished the work without approval and is now trying to charge 650 dollars for unknown repairs. Bad communication and customer service

Greiner is the only place where I would buy a new heater and AC from. They are easy to get ahold of, redd respond quickly and very dependable. The office staff is great and each technician that has come out for either installation, service or maintenance has been outstanding. Today, Xavier L. and Carlos L. performed a maintenance check on two separate units that we have and they couldn’t have been more friendly, courteous, helpful, and personable. Each of them are very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. I really appreciate the owner for caring so much about providing excellent service and taking such good care of the employees! Thank you to the Greiner team!

We had a full replacement of our heating and air system done with Greiner. Overall, everyone has been pleasant to work with. Full transparency, there were some issues that we experienced with the install of the system which lead to issues with passing our city inspection. Once we reached out and expressed that we were not impressed with the way that things were handled, Greiner did everything that they could to make it right with us and make it up to us. They sent a technician back to fix what was called out on the city inspection and were very receptive to our feedback and concerns about the adjustments that were made. Initially, I was not super happy with how rocky the start was, but I am impressed with how they handled our frustrations and feedback. I truly believe that they do care about good service and their customers satisfaction. I feel more comfortable with the idea of using them again in the future if we were to need another system and we will choose to use them for service moving forward. We do still need to have another inspection with the city but after their technician returned this week, I do not have any concerns about passing. I appreciate that Greiner has been easy to work with and has been very receptive.

Wonderful service and caring people. I have used Greiners for way over 25 years. I have trusted Greiners to the point of purchasing units for my homes and if needed, calling for repairs or maintenance.

I have the yearly maintenance plan. They contact me 2 times a year to schedule my maintenance. It is hassle free, and the technicians are always friendly and professional. This visit was handled by Jason who did an awesome job. He explained everything to me thoroughly, and showed me camera images of my system. He had a neat tool that attached to his phone that scanned my house for insulation issues.

Had a great experience with recent Friday August 8th Heat Pump installation. Michael and team did a great job installing the package unit and explaining all aspects of thermostat and how unit works. Later that night I messed up the configuration and Danielle returned my call to setup a Saturday appointment with Diego which was great customer service all around. Jacob was also a huge help getting the process rolling and texting me back to keep me cool in a heated environment. Thanks Greiner I will be sure to recommend you.

We had Greiner come out and quote us for a new heat pump to replace our aging whole house heater and A/C. They offered a fair price with significant rebates and we hired them. Work was on time, clean, and well done. Everything worked correctly the first time and they arranged for all permits and state testing as part of the contract. They also came out twice more for free to help with settings on the thermostat and other questions we had. In short, we love our new heat pump, especially the fact that it blows so softly it's almost unnoticeable and it maintains the same temperature all day long using far less energy than our previous two units. No cons or caveats here. Greiner has great service, is very responsive to calls with appointments scheduled right away and no surprises. Highly Recommended! Five Stars.

We pay a small fee monthly for biannual maintenance. It seems like the best way to be sure our HVAC systems are working efficiently and safely.

I rarely do reviews but if I had an excellent and over the top service, it wont feel good if I didnt do one. When your ac breaks at the peak of summer and it’s 3 digits outside, and you have multiple pups who are just out of breath and panting from the heat, this is almost an emergency situation.
I called and spoke with Amanda on a Saturday.. explaining my situation she got someone out to me within a few hours. The text notification with tracking was also reassuring to know that help was on the way. Then Cristian came. Very pleasant, professional and really cared. He fixed the problem within a few minutes and ensured it was working fine before leaving. You guys are a lifesaver and I will keep coming back to you should the need arises again (hopefully not anytime soon though). This company is super highly recommended!
