Dillon is the very best plumber around. We had a toilet go bad after hours. Called Plumbing Doctor, and Dillon came. He has always helped us. And tonight was no exception. Fixed the toilet and even went the extra mile to replace the supply line. Can’t live without Dillon and plumbing Doctor!

A friend who had a major plumbing problem recommended Pluming Drs. I called them for a simple repair that I could not do myself. They scheduled me promptly and gave an estimate for a diagnosis. When their person Jered arrived he thought he could complete the work within the agreed amount for the estimate only. As things will want to happen, the item they were fixing had bigger issues than what I called upon them to fix. Jered honored his initial quote to fix the problem within the call-out/diagnose charge. The effort took him several hours. The whole experience was what you want from professionals. Good consultation, clear status reports on their work and living up to their word. This exceptional experience led me to hire Plumbing Drs for a second larger project. Again that project was also done on time and in budget and done well. I'm extremely pleased with the Plumbing Doctor firm and their technician Jared and highly recommend them both.

We had 2 bathrooms partly flooded. Turned off water and waited very short time for Plumber MD (David G) tro arrive.. David did a very efficient and complete job on finding and solving problem. He also gave us very helpful advice on how to avoid future problem..

Our main sewer line plugged up on Friday eve. Plumbing Doctor had a tech working on the problem by 10:30 and it was cleared by noon. David Garcia was very careful, detailed and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew what we were up against and explained the options. In the meantime he got the pipe running while we evaluate our options.

Andrew and Raul did a wonderful job! Replaced a cracked sink and installed a new bathroom faucet and taps. Also removed and hauled away a disused water softener unit from the garage, and capped off a disused backyard faucet. Expert workmanship! These guys care about doing things right! We have used Plumbing Doctor for many years now, and will continue. Highly recommended!

I have had the benefit of Jared doing previous work in my home and would readily request him and Plumbing Doctor to address any plumbing needs that may arise in my home in the future. I am very satisfied with Jared's professionalism and quality of work.

Andrew was respectful of our home and animals. We bought the extended warranty so we will be using Plumbing Doctor again and hope to use the coupon next time. 😉

The 2 gentleman that came to fix the leaky water heater at a home that I'm renting and they were very kind and introduced themselves and they let us know what was going on and how much everything was going to cost and what they were going to do before anything else happened. I was having a situation trying to get a hold of my landlord and they were so patient and so kind and just waited, they were funny and just made me feel very comfortable. They were able to fix the problem quicker than I thought they could and I am 100% satisfied with Dr Plummer and would highly recommend. If I ever have another problem they are my go-to place.

The plumbing technician expertly installed the cartridges in our i- Spring Reverse Osmosis Water System. He made certain that there were no leaks and gave instructions on how to drain the storage tank prior to using the system. He worked carefully and left the work area clean.

Jorge was on-time, very professional, and we believe performed the tasks we requested with knowledge and expertise. The work done was of excellent quality. Jorge was communicative and patient with us and gave us good explanations of what was needed and how much it would cost. We did not feel pressure to accept any of his recommendations. He was very tidy and left the areas clean after the work. He cleaned out from under two sinks where he needed to work and returned all of the items carefully and neatly. His attention to detail was excellent. The jobs we requested were done and exceeded our satisfaction. Looking at the areas in which he worked it was as if he had never been here, except for the fact that we had a beautiful newly installed kitchen faucet and two working bathroom faucets. We really appreciate how quietly and quickly he worked, how clean the areas were post repairs, and how the repairs were completed. Jorge was also very patient with our tirelessly barking puppy. The quickness in which we had an appointment was incredible. We called on Monday and Jorge came on Tuesday. The dispatcher, Oliver was very helpful when I made the appointment. We could not be happier with Jorge, the jobs performed, and with Plumbing Doctor.

I was away on vacation for a week and came home to an emergency plumbing issue. Plumbing MD took my call first thing in the am and got me in a slot a few hours later. The problem was resolved quickly and kindly!

Called for a kitchen sink faucet replacement and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. Jared came to do the install and was very professional and explained all of the options and price points in detail. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to make the choice of what was right for me. He did the install very quickly and efficiently. We have used them over the years for various other plumbing projects and would highly recommend them.

I had a disposal replaced by Ron. He arrived when promised. Was very clear about what I needed. Did a great job on the installation. He was friendly and efficient. Great service at a fair price. Very happy with the outcome.

David G is excellent. He's professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my bathroom and water tank leaking issue quickly. He explained everything clearly and got it working smoothly again. He's reliable and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a major leak from our dishwasher. I called Plumbing Doctor and Jared came by within 10 minutes! He was able to fix the problem very quickly and thoroughly checked to be sure everything was working. We were so grateful. We have used Plumbing Doctor on several occasions and they are really excellent.

After 3 other plumbers had come to fix a leak below our kitchen sink, Jairo managed to diagnose the problem immediately. He assisted in helping us order a new faucet on-line and scheduled a convenient time to install a new one.

Rosendo was very professional and punctual. He came to our house to install a relatively new water heater model, many other plumbers we called never installed one of these before, but he knows exactly what he's doing. He called over another team member to fix an unexpected issue without extra charge. Moreover, he fixed our garage sink along the work, only charged VERY REASONABLE amount for that! The price is super competitive, but the work quality is above and beyond! Permit passed smoothly. We will definitely call them again if there are more work to do. Highly recommended!
