Phenomenal work. In the hustle & bustle of trying to keep our house clean, sometimes you just need a “reset”, and Diana provided that for our home.

Haven't even made it to the quote! I was asked to send pictures of the condition of my house in order to recieve a quote, since I wasn't home, I gave a full detailed description of what I needed done, Including how many bedrooms and baths, I figured I could get a ball park number, NOPE! Instead, rudely they responded, "Like I said before I'm not able to give a quote without seeing the conditions of the place" So when I got home, I sent MULTIPLE pictures, only to be told, there are details not seen in the photos, that they'll need to see in person (STILL NO QUOTE) here we are day 2, and I was asked how many bedrooms and baths, when in the description I provided earlier in the thread I listed that. Whomever im speaking to are both unprofessional and RUDE! This company cares nothing about Customer Acquisition or Customer Service. Will not be using this company.

In regards to your reply about there being a misunderstanding, there wasn’t one. The date was set over the phone and you also gave us a final price through text.

My sister paid the deposit and we set the appointment after she did her consultation. We had an 8am appointment and she never showed up! I tried calling and texting and the number was disconnected.

This is the best cleaning service I’ve ever tried!! The main cleaner was very respectful and very responsive to what I requested. I requested a deep and moving clean for my new apartment and WOW, there was a huge difference in the before and after. I highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone. 10/10 will be using this service again!

The experience with Diana and her staff was absolutely amazing. When I tell you it was worth every penny to have them come in and make my place look like a brand new place. You will not be sorry if you hire them to come in and clean.

The young lady that did the deep cleaning was very professional and very nice! She did an awesome job on both of my restrooms in my home. I would definitely use this cleaning business again and refer them to others.

Maid It Neat did just that! We have a medium sized home that needed a good deep cleaning. 5 hours later the house was spotless. From the bathrooms, to the inside of the oven (which was scary), floors to dusting every corner of the house. I recently had construction done on my home and it was covered in fine dust. Diana and another cleaner did a very thorough job. My house has not looked so good in years. I would definitely recommend their services.
