Finally got my rugs cleaned and lucky me I got this band of amazing technicians who went the extra mile of making sure that not only my rugs are clean but also secured my home is retained.

I am now enjoying the fruits of that good investment. Feeling glorious walking on the cleaned rugs.

Wish I could ask you guys to do more but guess will have to wait. Will touch base to also keep me updated with the deets.

Charles the technician of Royal Rug Cleaning Service was an awesome service technician. He showed up early and on time to pickup the rug, also delivered it on schedule right after they are done cleaning it.
Informed me of everything he had done and sent pictures as well.
I will definitely recommend him, and will hire them again in the future.

Sent my rugs the other day for cleaning and got them back earlier and now they look really nice now that they’re clean again. Their services are really of high quality. Would totally recommend them.

My carpet was all covered in thick mud from my boots. Fortunately Royal Rug Cleaning Service, was able to get that out and make my carpet soft. They were very fast and nice to me.

When a puppy is still learning, there can be a lot of pet urine. As much as I love the little guy, the pet urine that he left on my bedroom carpet smelled so bad. However, when Royal Rug Cleaning Service in Downey came out, they used a special soap to remove the smell and yellowing. Now my bedroom rug smells fresh!

Unsatisfied. They first came and explained that the house was going to receive a deep clean, including disinfecting, odor removal and every corner top to bottom would be cleaned. I had high expectations. I let them do their thing after day one I noticed areas that they cleaned that still required surface cleaning. When pointing them out they would simply wipe it with their hand. Upon job completion ceiling fans still had dust, corners had grime, cabinets had trash inside, doors were filthy, surfaces had grime and it didnt have a clean smell. I had to go back and clean it myself. I will say that they did a good job at cleaning grout in the restrooms and windows. Would not recommend.
