I would highly recommend Sierra Roofing. This past Sunday when we had all that rain all day, my drain on my roof was clogged with leaves, which meant all this water had no where to go but inside my place, thru my skylight, my can lights, it was terrible. I was dialing for dollars trying to find someone to come over, and Sierra Roofing came over, the guys were super friendly, very professional, got the problem resolved. They were AWESOME!! They followed up with me the next day. I've got an follow up appointment with them. AWESOME crew!!

Mr. Dean came this morning and inspected my house’s roof. He was on time and checked the entire roof with care and made some useful suggestions regarding dry rots. I am waiting for his estimate and hopefully can afford it. Thank you,

My neighbor is working with your company and I am having serious problems with your employees. They are dumping tools, garbage, and debris on my side and it is a miracle that my car wasn’t hit. I talked with them twice but nothing change. Tell me who is going to pay my car if it gets damaged??? Here some pictures attached of the things that fell off the roof

Anthony who my first contact for the estimate was great. He answered my questions and took the time to look at certain areas that I was concerned about. Great customer service.

Marty showed up at my home on time and we chatted some regarding the issues I am experiencing with my gutter system. He listened carefully to what to say & gave some feedback and then he proceeded to inspect the gutter system and came back with quote and a time-line. Well done. No fuss.

Danny is very professional and also efficient! He found the source of our roof leak, when other companies could not. Great job! Now we just have to wait until they can fit us into the schedule to repair it. It's no secret why Sierra Roofing is so popular!

Had a small issue with a leak at the corner joint after initial installation. Sammy was able to quickly patch it & level out the gutter for proper water flow. I would highly recommend you company to anyone who has needing any gutter work. I am very satisfied.

Currently reviewing Estimate. Joe was informative, clear in every description of work need. Friendly. Would recommend him to others, a friend recommended Sierra roofing, Joe did his work. I wanted to pick all the above choices for what I liked.

We met Joe on-site in our new home today. He is very professional and detailed to check out our requested places for installing sun tunnel. He also well prepared for our solar panel plan and gave us detail explanation. Although we are still discussing our home improvement needs, it is satisfactory to meet Joe for first consultation.

Danny came to my home to give me a quote for replacement gutters and leaf screens. He was very professional and pleasant to work with and the quote came in lower than a couple of other places I've spoken with. I am waiting on two more quotes but I can definitely see myself moving forward with this company, if I do, I'll post an update.

Sierra Roofing and Solar is an awesome company to work with. I started with Danny B last year on a quote but lockdown delayed my project until this year. I reconnected with Danny and we got the project started. I had 2 parts to my project -- tar and gravel roof replaced (with dry rot repair) and then solar. I had a project manager for each part.

The project managers are super responsive, even on weekends. They let you know when there are delays beyond their control and keep you informed of all the steps. I had Ivan for the roof and Alex for the solar part.

Both teams were prompt each day, respectful of my house, and cleaned up after themselves each day. They didn't linger but got to work right away. The crew was super nice and even solved my paint match problem with a creative solution.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sierra Roofing and Solar. I am a pretty tough customer who will not give up if it doesn't meet my expectations. I have to say Sierra met and exceeded expectations. I have already recommended them to 3 of my friends and will continue to sing their praises. This was a big budget project for me. It feels like money well spent.

Joe ( our roofing specialist) was very professional, patient and friendly. He went way beyond in giving a sound assessment of our roofing needs. I felt confident in his detailed knowledge in describing the project of replacing a 30year old wood shake roof.

Danny came to my house today for an estimate was prompt on time came to the front door handed me a business card explained what he would be doing , He proceeded to do a thorough inspection of my home my barn and my numerous outbuildings . He gave me a very detailed and thorough estimate explained everything was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Based on my experience with Danny I plan to hire Sierra roofing to do gutter repairs clean all gutters and install leaf blasters on my gutters. So far I have had an excellent experience with Sierra roofing I plan to do the project in the fall.

“Emergency” mitigation service was excellent! They really came out the next day during the heavy downpour to stop water from entering our attic!

Sierra did both our roof and solar back in December. I was incredibly pleased with all aspects of the project.
Manny came out to give us our initial quote. Very competitive with other roofing and solar installers (including Costco). I liked the fact they were a one stop shop so no coordination of services. They handled all in house. Manny did a phenomenal job of answering all of my questions and being available by cell whenever I had another question or concern.
Mark and his team managed the roof and were prompt, informative when I had questions. Did a very nice job and everything came out great.
Jeff and Alex managed the Solar part of the project. I didn't get a chance to meet Jeff in person, but Alex his site lead was AWESOME! Jeff is great too, and did a great job of communicating and even had a nice gift basket for us when the job was done. 5 Star Service for sure.
Alex did an awesome job of doing a clean solar install. Setup the system and went through explaining how everything came together. It's been 6 months since it was completed and the solar is doing great.
I would highly recommend this company to family and friends!

Marty came out to give us a price for new gutters. He was knowledgeable and very professional. we thought the price was fair and have it scheduled for installation. I will write a review on how the installation went.

We just had a consultation with Danny and we had a great experience. He was great with my two small children and even explained what he was doing while measuring. He answered all of our questions, including those from the kids.

From the first call to Sierra Roofing, we have been treated great and everyone has been an absolute professional. We were even sent a photo of Danny prior to the consultation for safety purposes. Looking forward to learning more from Danny about products available.

Now here are the issues that I had... When the crew arrived they cleaned the gutters and did the small repairs first.. It's the middle of summer.. its dry and dusty up there.. Instead of asking me to move my cars, they blow out the gutters and get crap all over my cars. Dust and small rocks flying on my cars is not cool. I would have gladly moved them if they asked.. on the back of the house, the larger dirt/vegetation from the gutters were just scooped up and tossed it on the floor...? Why? The guy had a bag up there that he was using to collect that waste material? Then, they cleaned the downspouts (?).. from the looks of it, they flushed it with water, but all of the dirt from up top obviously comes down.. no clean up or anything after the fact. Dirt is all over the place on the ground. You're already doing the job, why not just wash it away or sweep it up?

The skylights came the week or two after and they did the replacement, which was great. However, these units (unlike my old ones) have a metal frame at the base.... Winter is approaching and I'm finding water spots on my floors in the morning.. I thought they were leaking.. I called them, someone takes a message, and no one calls me back.. (this is probably the 3rd or 4th time this has happened since the start). It's frustrating when you're already locked in with a vendor and they can't get back to you.. sure I can call someone else, but we spent all of this time and effort the build the rapport, I don't want to call someone else...

---FOLLOW UP---
An update to my previous experience which I posted a week ago.
Before I begin, I want to say, how people respond after making a mistake speaks volumes on who they are. Do the own up to their mistakes? Do they properly apologize? Do they take care of the issue at hand? And a bonus really is if they take the time to explain to you what happened.

The owners reached out to me fairly quickly after my review, as well as the project manager (who was unaware of my negative feedback until later on).. Without getting too into the weeds, Jeff, one of the business partners emailed me and apologized graciously. He assured me that they will connect internally and make this situation right. He asked me to give them another shot and they would do whatever it took to earn my business. But David the project manager called me to get information on the issue I was having and apologized for the delay (unknowingly about the feedback I had left). He told me he would reach out to their skylight vendor regarding my issue and see what he could do. He called me back later that day with a resolution to replace the skylights with an upgraded model which was warrantied by the supplier and they covered the labor charged. They came back and did the work with a great attitude and apologized again in person.

Later that evening, Sean, the General Manager/Business Partner called me and asked to get my feedback. He wanted to hear it straight and understand their shortcomings so they could learn and improve from this interaction. It was a very pleasant call, he was very attentive and listened and shared what he felt they should have done from the start and their philosophy on the business. He was utterly shocked from my feedback and apologized as well.

In short, yes they screwed up... but we're human. We all make mistakes. But they took the time to follow up, learn from their mistakes and took the feedback on the chin. No BS excuses (but they did clarify why things were missed) and promised to do better. I told Sean, they've earned my business and I will continue to use and recommend them. Thank you.
