I waited 3 days for a quote and when I had to followed up, I was told from Bob that he “assumed” my handyman was already doing the painting when he came for estimate because my handyman was painting on one side of the wall so he decided not to provide a quote. The fact was that one side was previously committed so we didn’t want to take away the job from the handyman; and we still requested the whole room to be painted for an estimate. Bob had no communication to us and just assumed what he saw without even bother to check. Very unprofessional. Will never recommend.

I just had the interior of my entire house (including the closets and pantry) painted. I decided to move most of the furniture to an onsite storage unit and of course boxed up clothes, etc.
The company i hired was amazing! They were on time or called if anything delayed them. I'm thrilled with the quality of work and follow up Bob & the workers provided. I highly recommend them.

We are very impressed by the thorough quality job done by Bob’s Professional Painting. They delivered over and above what was contracted. Bob’s power washer John not only carefully cleaned our 1921 Craftsman home but also power washed our brick walkway so we would not slip. John also installed foam in our gutters so we will not have to dig out leaves. Bob’s painting foreman James, led his crew not only painting the exterior but fixing and painting our interior dry wall but also a whole ceiling which had been shabbily covered up when our house was flipped 16 years ago. The men actually found and repaired and painted spots we had not even discovered. Bob also had a carpenter rig a waterproofing shield to our cellar door and had our cellar painted with a waterproof material. The crew was prompt, quiet and respectful. Bob promised he would treat our home like his own and that’s exactly what happened. We are so glad we found Bob’s Professional Painting.

Bob's crew painted the entire interior of our house. I had gotten bids from six other paint companies, but Bob really stood out from the rest. When he came to my house to give me the estimate, he spent a half hour (whereas most of the other painters spent at most ten minutes) going through each room and jotting down notes. He made good suggestions about the type of paint to use in different rooms, and also volunteered to do some extras like touching up my painted kitchen cabinets. It was obvious that Bob had an eye for detail and wanted the job to be done well. He sent me his estimate the same day we met.

I was struggling with what paint colors to use, and Bob picked up many paint samples to put on the walls to make sure I was happy with my choice. His crew was on time each day and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. They were friendly and respectful of our space. They also made it possible for us to keep living in the house while it was being painted. Bob said it would take six days to do the entire house, and it took six days to do the entire house. Before leaving, he made sure I went through each room with his crew to ensure I was happy with the end result. I give Bob's Professional Painting my highest recommendation.

We have owned our house for over 42 years. We have had it “painted” several times during that time. “Bob’s Professional Painters” is the best painting service we have ever had. They are miles above other painters because
(1) They provide a color consultant.
(2) They did all carpentry and repair work in preparation for the painting in addition to the careful prepping and taping for painting.
(3) They were very careful of the landscaping and the dog .
(4) They were mindful about what we wanted, at each step of the process.
(5) They cleaned up after themselves every day,

Katie, the manager, followed up a few weeks later to ensure we remained pleased with the work. Through her, we learned about Bob’s commitment to his employees, such as keeping them employed during slow periods by having them work on their own homes. This rare kindness extends to their customers. Despite our staircase project taking longer than expected, they honored the original contract without additional charges, aiming to retain us as loyal customers. We eagerly anticipate having them paint our exterior in 2025. This was a truly exceptional 5-star experience.

After a devastating water pipe leak flooded our condo, we were in desperate need of comprehensive restoration. Thankfully, we found Bob's Professional Painting, and they truly came to our rescue! Their team, especially Katie, Bob, and Billy, were fantastic from start to finish.

Bob's team is professional, hardworking and their attention to detail is top notch. During the estimate walkthrough Bob explained every step of the process (siding and wooden trim repairs, caulking, power washing, painting, window washing, etc.) so there were no surprises. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Pricing was comparable to other companies we met with. This was a good experience for us and we're happy with the result.

Foreman Jason is the ultimate professional, very easy to work with, patiently answering our endless questions and accommodating our requests. The carpentry team of Billy the foreman and Ivan did outstanding work repairing an aging pergola and building a new privacy fence and potting table.
