Right from jump, Sam and her team/company understood the assignment! Home insurers are cancelling policies in California and I needed a roofer cleaner to come out asap. Sam was thorough, patient with all my zillion questions and did an excellent job cleaning the roof and gutters. A+

It was an exceptional job and our roof looks brand new! Their process was easy, from quotes to scheduling and payment. Very professional and efficient. Sam, the owner is very responsive and friendly. Absolutely loved the care that Sam puts into her work. We needed our roof cleaned for insurance purposes. I thought I had maybe a couple more weeks until it was due, but it turns out that I only had a few days. Sam was able to work some magic and we were able to get a cleaned roof! She saw that we had a garden and asked where the water was draining and took extra care on how the water was being sprayed.

Called Bay Area Pressure Pros because my homeowners insurance won't renewal my insurance unless the algae and lichen on my roof was removed cleaned.

Samantha from Bay Area Pressure Pros did an excellent job with before and after photos and a written report to send to my insurance agent. The job took nearly 4 hours and she used a rotating power washer to scrub off the debris and applied an algicide to retard future growth. I had my roof washed a year ago with a different service and they did not do an adequate job. Glad I found Bay Area Pressure Pros.

They are all nice people. They have been really cooperative since the estimation, they take positive actions for my multiple questions, and they are willing to do repair some items which are not part of their regular job scope but agreed to do them anyway. During the day, they arrived on time, talked to me about the job details and explained the process to me before starting their work. The work took almost the whole day, far exceeding the duration I thought based on the estimation price. The cleaning of my roof was completed thoroughly. It is really refreshing after the cleaning. Overall, the service is worth it.

I am so happy I found Bay Area Pressure Pros to do my power washing of our pavers. Sam the owner is just an awesome person. From the start Sam responded very quickly to my request for an estimate for cleaning my patio pavers. She worked her estimate from pictures I sent her along with a description of a problem area where we had rust stains from an old fire pit. She was responsive when requesting information and was patient with my waiting to get a 2nd estimate. Her estimate came in well under the other company I was looking at. I read her reviews and was blown away by all of the 5 star reviews she (Sam) had. I had such a good feeling from her I had to work with her. She did not disappoint!

The dark area is where the patio furniture goes so that is why part of the area is a little darker. I am beyond happy with how it turned out.

We had a great experience with CozyCarpets. They arrived on time, explained their process, and got right to work. Our carpets had some noticeable stains, so I didn’t expect perfect results, but they looked much better than I expected. Yusif was friendly and focused on the spots that needed extra attention. It was clear they took their time rather than rushing. By the end, everything looked much cleaner. Overall, the service was great. For sure would use them again.

I had an excellent experience with CozyCarpet.
Joseph was punctual, cordial and kind. My carpet was old, dirty and dusty. It was not a shaggy carpet but it wasn't thin either. It was quite a thick carpet though. He deep cleaned it and got all the dirt out.
It looked so much better. There were no spots and the color was much brighter. I highly recommend CozyCarpet.

I haven't cleaned my carpet in over 8 years (only standard vacuum) and CozyCarpet was great - they were able to fit me in last-minute on the weekend and were very professional. My carpets look like they're brand new and stain free. I couldn't believe the dirt that he extracted out and that our normal vacuum just can't clean. We would be still breathing that in if we didn't clean it. He was cheaper in price than the other companies I asked and I'm really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
