Ben was extremely professional and did a great job on our waterfall and pond build. Very high quality work, looks incredible! I would highly recommend The Waterfall Guy to anyone looking to upgrade their landscaping to bring more peace and joy to their home.

Ben helped me diagnose a leak on my brand new pond (which was built by someone else). He is super knowledgeable and honest with his estimates and work. You know someone is awesome when they tell you quite frankly that the equipment you have is way to much/overkill for the setup, and you could do with a simpler but more elegant solution. I have to say kudos to that level of honesty and practicality. Definitely calling him back to make enhancements and fix the mess the previous guy did!

I have loved my backyard waterfall since 2018. It runs 24/7 & its been a source of calm, pleasant sounds out my breakfast nook window, and a bath for birds. The pump had already been repaired twice, and I was worried I would need a whole new fountain this time… but I couldn't find a local fountain professional to do the work. My search led me to The Waterfall Guy, Ben, and his foreman, Jess. Today, Jess quickly repaired the pump problem, cleaned out the whole system, and aesthetically rearranged decorative rock around my waterfall. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We had been trying to get our small backyard fountain fixed for quite some time. The pump went out and the exact model is no longer available. I had contacted two other contractors without response back or availability. My neighbor shared The Waterfall Guy as recommended off Nextdoor app. Ben was responsive and was able to come out soon after we connected. His person was great! Jose was able to try several pumps in short order until the right one worked. Our fountain was fixed within a couple of hours. Patient and knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely use The Waterfall Guy again.

I recently had this company check out my waterfall that seemed to have a leak and not hold water. They found the problem within 30 minutes and did an amazing job fixing the leak. They also pressure washed everything and it looks great. I highly recommend this company as they seem to be very competent and their prices are very fair. The technician Jess was very easy to work with.

Ben, the Owner at The Waterfall Guy, is exceptionally good to work with. My existing waterfall was running out of water nearly weekly. I assumed it was a leak, but upon inspection, Ben’s guy Jose determined that the roots from our adjacent redwood trees had spread throughout the waterfall and were sucking up the water about as far as I could refill it. Jose diligently did the work to clear the roots from the system and the communication from Ben throughout the job was great. I would recommend this business without hesitation.

We built our original waterfall and pond in 2009 and have loved it. It’s brought us so much joy, beauty, and experiences enjoying with friends and family over the many years. Given the heavy rains, some of the filters in disrepair, and pumps that had stopped working, we were in need of a major rebuild and restoration. Ours was a complex project and scope: large size pond - 12’ x 38’ - 12,000 gallons with existing parts that would have to be integrated with any new.

We are so happy that we chose The Waterfall Guy - Ben Goulart and team - to achieve our vision and hopes for the project. From the start we were impressed with his tons of experience, great ideas, clear communication and organized process, and positive energy. After meeting and discussing, Ben was able to design and rebuild the waterfall into gorgeous tiers of natural looking, cascading water and guide us in everything else that needed to be done for full restoration. We appreciated Ben's daily updates and always being available for calls or texts too for quick questions. We saw in action - Ben's thoughtful, strategic approach in mapping out a smooth running process - from big picture to details as well as his expansive knowledge and experience that he drew on effortlessly - like second nature. My husband especially appreciated how Ben was always thinking ahead about next steps, his structured approach, and agility in troubleshooting. Ben's love for what he does shined through.

Jose, the foreman for the crew - was absolutely awesome. He was here daily, took his time to do an amazing job. Jose is super talented, smart, diligent, with one of the strongest work ethics we've seen. He handled everything with competence and thoughtfulness. From building out the waterfall, placing every rock, creating the different tiers and cascades for variety and to look natural, to installing the new equipment and parts, putting in new liner and blending it seamlessly with the old, to testing water levels meticulously and handling all the finishing touches like editing some plants and adding pebbles in just the right spots. His excellent experience and knowledge also shined through. That he has worked as part of Ben’s team for more than 23+ years speaks volumes about their complementary strengths.

Overall we have a glorious waterfall and pond that we will love and enjoy every day. The sounds are magical too.

What a difference a waterfall makes in our backyard! And to say we love it would be an understatement. Hiring Ben and his crew was the best decision we ever made. From beginning to end, the process was seamless plus it was so much fun to watch our pondless waterfall come to life. Even when dealing with what we considered to be obstacles (a large tree stump that needed to be removed and lots of rainy weather), the guys handled them like a pro - thank you so much Jose, Erik and Joe!! I have never been a big fan of any sort of redesign or house upgrades (is anyone?) but Ben and Jose and crew made the process of designing and completing my little oasis as seamless as possible.

From spec-ing out the design in April to having the crew out in July and in exactly a week where I didn't even notice work being done, I had a beautiful, functional waterfall that is mesmerizing to look at.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their yards in short order.

Jess did a great job repairing our water fountain. What started out a simple job presented some challenges and Jess was a knowledgeable and relentless problem solver. Great customer service and attitude. Initial communication with Ben was thorough, friendly and professional.

We worked with Ben (The Waterfall Guy) and his team a year ago and had a fantastic experience. We had a vague idea of what we wanted and Ben was able to take our idea and improve it and make it work for our space. The result is a beautiful waterfall/river with lights that fits into a relatively small space. It feels natural and looks like something that just happened to already exist on our property His team was super talented, hard-working and very fast. Over the last year, whenever we had questions, Ben was very responsive. We couldn't be happier with the result and would definitely hire them again!

My beautiful waterfall, complete with a little bridge and a disappearing stream was installed 7 years ago.
The installation crew worked tirelessly, meticulously, placing each stone to create a stunning natural look. Not only is the waterfall gorgeous, but it has also been totally problem free since installation. In fact, as my landscaping plants have developed around the entire waterfall looks more and more incredible !

Ben and his team did a beautiful job and beyond our contract. The installation took more time because of underground pipes. Ben’s team worked through the weekend to complete. They were precise and methodical, carefully sculpting the earth around the fountain. Ben did not charge for the extra labor and even picked up some stone needed to complete the work. We were very pleased! The fountain is beautiful.

Benjamin (The Waterfall Guy) and his team did a fantastic job on designing and building my waterfall. It is both beautiful and sounds wonderful, very Zen. These guys are real artist doing a meticulous job placing the boulders and balancing the flow. Everything was done on schedule. I strongly recommend them if you want a great waterfall.
