Home Services reviews in Dublin, California

Rafael and Josh were nothing short of amazing.
Besides the outstanding work itself, their communication was on point, they put in the extra effort of protecting floors that weren’t being worked on, corners where the hose might drag against, and even put some kind of wax paper protector underneath the wooden legs to prevent damage to and from the wood to carpet. Highly recommend and will use again. -

Enjoying my newly cleaned carpet. It was a good experience, quicker than I had expected.

The process was quick and efficient took 3 hours to dry , and the carpets look incredible now.

Dublin company is great. It was my first time needing a carpet clean after i recently got a new puppy and after Dublin came my carpet looked brand new. They also cleaned my living room couch and did a great job on removing the old stains that had accumulated. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! My house looks new and I will definitely be coming back next time i need a quality clean.

I recently hired this company to do a scrub of the floors and carpet cleaning in the office and the results were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Not the place to go if you don’t know much about plants. Customer service has gone downhill for when it used to be Armstrong. The staff are not very enthusiastic to help. There’s only 1 out of 5 staff who can answer questions re outdoor plants and make recommendations, and she was out to lunch.

Wonderful & knowledgeable staff ♡ My go to garden center! I always find something you just don't see at other flower nurseries. Love this place, couldn't recommend enough!
-
I have only recently discovered this place & am thrilled I have. Staff members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Plant and accessory selection is great & the plants are very healthy. This place allows me to visualize my dream garden.

Love this nursery! Quality plants and trees. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have asked many questions about plants and the staff is always happy to help. Plus they guarantee plants for life.

Had a nice patio umbrella given to us as a wedding gift by a friend from this nursery!
It broke, less than 2 years old! We stopped in to see if there was anything they could do for us and their gracious manager took one look at the broken part, apologized for our inconvenience and gave us a brand new one!!!!
That kind of customer service is rare!!!
This is my new “go to” nursery from now on!!!
Quality items, sold by quality personal! -
Comparing to the old owner Armstrong Garden Center, SummerWinds has much higher price on most of the houseplants. I'm talking about >$20 for a regular 6" pothos and snake plants to $60-$70 for some hoyas or variegated plants. The outdoor sections are much more affordable.
I went on 07/31, the first day they open, but came back feeling quite disappointed. Hope they will eventually lower the price tag. -
After striking out at Ace, Home Depot and Sloat, we finally got to Armstrong. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! They made great recommendations and didn't make me feel dumb for being a beginner. They saved me time and money by pointing me to the fertilizers and tools I actually needed. Excited to repot my urn plant pups!

It kind of feels like the Home Depot Garden Center if the center was bigger. Most of the outdoor plants here are staples of big plant producers like Matsuda's and Monrovia. You won't find anything too out of the ordinary here. They have a good selection of indoor plants, and even some cool, harder to find indoor plants like a hoya kerii with vines, but again the prices are too steep for my liking especially considering theyre in 4 inch pots. Might save a couple of bucks if you shop somewhere else as the prices are kind of high for commonly found plants.

The staff there is very sweet and super helpful! I had asked a busy worker about how to get a Christmas tree and she told me to find someone walking around outside they should be able to help. I couldnt find anyone outside, but she came and found me as soon as she was finished with her other customer to help me. Everyone there was pleasant and kind. Will be returning next year for another tree!

They have DA rose but not many, 89$

I love coming here for all of the rare and unique variegated plants that I cant find anywhere else. I love the variety of monstera, philodendron, alocasia and others that rare plant hobbyists enjoy the most. It is what makes this Summer Winds Nursery special and makes me keep coming back every month to buy more. Thank you!

great selection, though some basic items seem curiously overpriced. customer service is above average for carbon based organisms, the speed of which is excusable so long as the plants continue to thrive. don't expect to find bulk rocks, soil or ground cover here (try Clark's in San Leandro). it's a good, if not great, independent nursery.

Great place for plants and trees. So much to chose from and fairly decent prices.

All nurseries in the South Bay all seem to be the same despite what their name is, they are very seasonal, have good quality, fresh plants, good selection of pots. But they are very expensive and they try to have a membership program that you have to spend $250 to have the next purchase receive 5% off. Anyways if you are looking for an indoor plant where you know you won't be able to keep alive for a long time, then I think it's cheaper to go to Home Depot.

A bit pricey but Armstrong has a decent selection of well cared for plants. This is a great destination for tropical plants. If you've had difficulty finding containers at your local big box stores, Armstrong has plenty of lovely glazed pots as well as terra Cotta ones, but be prepared for the price tag. The aisles are wide and wheelchair friendly, and there is ample parking. A nice place to visit on a sunny day.
