This review has been a long time coming. Everett and his partner recently spent about six hours cleaning the carpets in my in-laws’ upstairs area and all the stairs going up. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years and there had been a lot of pets roaming around, so things were in pretty rough shape. Everett used his flashlight to show us just how much pet mess and stains there were that we couldn’t even see before. At first, Everett wasn’t sure if the carpets could really be saved, but he put in extra effort and worked hard to get everything as clean as possible. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to remove the strong pet odors and deep stains.
