Josh is amazing! He came to clean the carpets in my apartment when my roommate moved out, and after having 3 dogs living there, they looked incredible! He was on time and the job was done quickly. I'll definitely be using him again!

Josh has been cleaning and protecting my carpets, furniture, and rugs for over 4 years. There is no one that I would trust more in my home than him. If I don't get a hold of him on the initial attempt, every single time I will get a response the same day; often times in the same hour. Josh works so hard and is dedicated to his work. Josh is very prompt, friendly and does great work. I had received many referrals to him from others and knew he’d do a great job. I had a large home with multiple pets and the carpets look as good as new! Highly recommend.

Josh cleaned my vinyl flooring which had a build up of a waxy product that left white marks. Josh cleaned and restored my floor and now it looks like new! Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable about cleaning products. Very satisfied with the service; would highly recommend!

Josh from Legacy Carpet did an amazing job on our condo in Dublin on Pioneer Lane. He is very determined to the point he came back a few times because he knew he could get the job done... he was amazing and very passionate about his work. You can tell he takes pride because he came back on his own time to finish what he felt wasn't completed... unfortunately for our carpet it kept wicking the stain that was there back up after it dried. so after a few hours of treating it some of the stain popped up again... Josh knew this was not up to his standard and came back to retreat and absorb it up. lucky for us he was able to get the job done and I appreciate his hard work.. our carpets were trashed and his work make them look new and fresh again.

He works magic on the carpet and knows about techniques to get specific stains out in a flash. I am so happy to of found him and grateful for his extra work and passion to make our place look amazing again.

Josh is the Man! He did an outstanding job cleaning our rental property carpet. Stains I thought would never budge, he got them out! He even was so dedicated to doing his best that he came back a couple times cause he wanted it perfect. A quality lacking in most businesses nowadays. Josh came to clean my carpets and when learning I might be moving in a few months, instead educated my wife and I on how we can keep our carpets cleaned and offered to come back in a couple months so we weren't paying to have the carpets cleaned twice in such a short period. He spent his time educating us when he easily could've just charged us for two cleanings. Josh was extremely helpful and works to build relationships as opposed to just charging for the heck of it. I don't think anyone else would come to your home and offer not to clean to ensure that it saves you money, but Josh is one of kind and would highly recommend his services and expertise.

Josh cleaned two locations for me. A condo I converted to a rental and a new home I moved into. He was great with working into my schedule to make sure the condo was clean for the new tenants and also getting the new house done first so I could move in there. Not to mention he did all of this the week of Thanksgiving.

He cleaned the new location one day and condo the next. Kept me in the loop the entire time and was priced competitively. Carpets look amazing and he was even nice enough to leave behind furniture blocks in case I wanted to move in before the recommended drying time. Carpets were dry very quickly as Josh doesn't leave gallons of water in your carpets like other corporate carpet cleaners do.

Will definitely be using again and have already referred him to my grandmother, tenants and clients as well. They all have raved about his professionalism and service

Team member Rafael came to my house and assessed my couch for cleaning. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide me service due to the material of my couch and explained to me what the negative outcome could be if he did. I ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE this company for being honest and truthful. This is a great family business would exceptional customer service. I would call them again for carpet and will refer them to friends, family, and other businesses. Thank you!

The team at legacy were absolutely amazing. Rafael did a fantastic job on my carpet, removed stains that had been there for years and also cleaned my couch. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend.

We live in Humboldt County and do not have a cleaning service for our very old oriental rug in our area. We had Legacy Carpet provide the service in Dublin and Josh did a beautiful job!

Rapheal was phenomenal. Came well equipped, respected the house, did thorough and deep cleaning and was patient with all my request and questions. I would call him and the team back in a heart beat.

I called Legacy and Josh was fantastic. He answered all my questions. He was able to get me in the same week and let me know Rafael would be the technician to do our job. Rafael finished his earlier job and called to see if he could start 30 minutes sooner, which was perfect! He arrived promptly, looked through the bedrooms and explained what he could do and exactly what the cost would be. He totally over delivered!! Rafael was great! He was friendly, punctual, polite, and incredibly thorough, he even took the time to do the closets and point out a few pet stains we hadn’t noticed. I really appreciated the care he took with our home, including putting up corner protectors to keep the walls safe from the hoses. The carpets look and smell great. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone professional and detail-oriented!
