Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. He came out and diagnosed my ac issue and was able to repair it same day. He showed us what was wrong with my unit and explained the process every step of the way. He also had some recommendations of how to make my unit last a little longer as well. Had an industrial ac system hooked into a compressor based on this business' recommendation. Involved installing a step down transformer. Initially worked fine After a few months, we lost the transformer. When I requested a service call, their tech arrived, and informed me he was not experienced in this type of system and would need to consult the tech that was. He left, then submitted a report which was nearly word for word what I had told him was wrong myself. When I called again, I began getting the run around. This went on for about a month culminating in their service manager telling me this type of installation was not a good way to power up a system. When I questioned that based on them having recommended this method, he began talking over me about his years of experience. He would not let me speak anymore, just kept interrupting. I fixed it myself ! Use this company at your own risk ! You may have better luck. But keep your wallet close, they are more than willing to charge you a $300.00 service call and do nothing.
