Skyline did a great initial consultation to final cleanup after our patio cover was finished. They had done a smaller patio cover for us last year and we liked their work and interacting with them, so we had them do a second patio for us!

I did a great deal of research before choosing Skyline to redo my patio cover. Am very glad I did. Very professional, dependable, and upfront. Came to the house numerous times to measure and discuss details before actual install. Install took three days, but they were meticulous with measurements and workmanship. Also cleaned up after themselves. Office responds immediately to any questions or concerns and are extremely helpful and polite. Couldn't be happier with the end product as well as the experience.

Everyone at Skyline Sunrooms & Patio Covers are very courteous and professional. It was nothing but pleasure to work with. Every step of the process was handled by superb professionals: they explained every possible options and design. They didn't even push the idea of the most expensive potion either. Once we decided on the design and the materials, they kept us informed of every next step or any delays via emails. Unfortunately, our process took rather long due to the supply chain issues and relocation of manufacturer (we were informed in the beginning as well), but we were confident that it would be worth the wait. And boy, are we glad to go with Skyline Sunrooms & Patio Covers! Our patio cover is just like the picture I showed them and it is stunning! The installation crew was just as professional and explained on the maintenance. If I ever need more patio cover, I will not hesitate to contact them again and love to visit them at their showroom!

We used Skyline Sunrooms for our backyard remodel in 2024. I wanted to write a review now because of their excellent customer service. But first, I just want to say that from the design process through install Skyline was responsive, incredibly polite and helpful, and profession. They worked with us on multiple changes/iterations in our design to help us get the patio cover that we wanted and they hit the mark exactly on final install. Over the past year while we have been enjoying our new backyard kitchen covered by Skyline's Patio Cover, we thought we couldn't be more happy with Skyline. And then this past weekend we have an issue with the power to our lights and fan in the cover, the day before a big retirement party we had planned. We contacted Skyline in the am and they sent two people out to trouble shoot the problem and they promised they wouldn't leave until it was fixed. It turned out that there was a breaker separate from anything they installed that got tripped that I couldn't find nor could they. So over about 2 hours they "troubleshooted" from the patio cover back to my house power lines until finally they confirmed it wasn't any of the equipment they installed and then they hunted down the breaker for me and fixed it in time for the party. I can't tell you how great it is to know there's companies like Skyline out there that not only provide top of the line patio covers, amazing customer service during design and install but they take 'ownership' of their product and your satisfaction even a year after install. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

I have used Skyline twice. They are professional and detailed and the project came out perfectly. I am a very picky customer and they did an excellent job. I couldn't recommend any other contractor more. Use Skyline and get Alumnawood, both amazing.

Skyline Sunrooms and Patio Covers did a tremendous job on both of our patio cover replacements. Our old covers were decaying and desperately needed replacing. Skyline staff surveyed the situation and presented us with a detailed plan for replacement. Both patio covers were completed in a timely manner. We love our new cover!! It looks so good, like it's supposed to have always been a part of the house. The extra shade in the backyard & pool is wonderful and it's also great to have the additional shade over our bedroom window- don't need to worry about closing the blinds in the morning. The crew that installed it were fast and efficient and cleaned up and they were thorough in explaining maintenance/cleaning to keep it looking great. I would definitely recommend Skyline Sunrooms.

Skyline Sunrooms was wonderful to work with. We now have had the company design and make 3 patio overhangs. The workmen are on time, clean and experts. We would highly recommend the company.

From sales (Brent) to design (Dennis) to scheduling (Andrea) and installation (Sam and Ryan)… EVERYone (literally everyone) was extraordinarily professional, prompt/ responsive, and friendly!!! Brent came out to immediately and expedited our order resulting in significant savings. Dennis then followed with a home visit to finalize design details. From there, Andrea stayed in contact at just the right intervals to make sure our installation dovetailed perfectly with landscape construction. Then, Sam and Ryan came out and managed to complete the entire install in ONE day (beating out the rain). And I’m not taking about slapping it together as fast as possible. CLEAN and THOROUGH. Stayed past dark POLISHING and touching up any little anything. Just do it. GO WITH SKYLINE!

From Rick in Sales who always gets us what we need at a great price, to Darren who manages the installations, he is a genius, the installers are top notch, and the quality is excellent, including the office staff that schedules the work, they always deliver! Skyline replaced our aging wooden patio cover with a beautiful Alumawood patio cover.

From the initial call to explain what we wanted, to the visit by the Skyline designer, to the installers, everything was very organized and professional.

I cannot say enough about the installers! "Experts" would be the right word. Everything went totally to plan, exactly on schedule and they left us with a beautiful, perfectly constructed and rock solid patio cover. We could not be happier!

Skyline Sunrooms Review July 25-26, 2023

On May 12, 2023, I met with Rick, a representative for Skyline Sunrooms. We discussed different kinds of patio covers, including, size, style, color, and the product Alumawood. I was given a brochure, and I informed Rick that a friend had a patio cover installed some months ago, and she recommended Skyline. Because my neighbor was with me at my friend’s house, we both asked for contact information. Word of mouth and good business is the best advertisement!

After an hour or so, me and Rick had discussed the patio cover size and color, and what would complement the space in my backyard; he was through and patient. He made sure to explain that I would have a Design Consultant (Chris) to visit, and at that time I could make any changes in design and color of the patio cover.

Chris, a Design Consultant, visited my home on May 31st. He assured me that I had selected a nice patio cover, and with his expertise I decided on a different patio cover color. Chris took final patio measurements, and explained what was expected of me in preparing for the patio installation. He also discussed what to expect when the installers arrived, and what the warranty would cover. I was pleased with Chris’ attitude and his input was invaluable.

Fast forwarding to the morning of the installation which was July 25. I was greeted by Ryan, Logan, and Judah. Their body language and pleasant demeanor exhibited that they were here at my home to begin the job. The work began, and I took notice from inside my home that these guys were taking care of my plants and cleaning as they went along. These guys are professionals and worked in tandem to get the patio cover built. Because this was a two-day project, my yard was left neat and in order with the products in areas that did not impede me moving about after the team left.

Day two, I approached Ryan to ask him questions about the building of my patio and getting a first-hand feel of the material itself. Ryan had extensive knowledge about the product, and he patiently explained the process of building the patio cover. In my conversations with these guys individually, I gathered that each understood the building process. Logan and Judah were just as informed and knowledgeable, as it related to the Alumawood product.

Finally, aside from the nicely built patio cover, the cleanup was most important to me. The guys left my yard in good condition. I am pleased to share that my patio cover is beautiful in size, style, and color, and it compliments my backyard perfectly!
