So the whole thing started at night — because of course it did.
The first plumbing company showed up, gave the situation the quickest flashlight glance imaginable, and immediately announced that our driveway definitely needed to be jackhammered first thing in the morning.

I first met Spencer and his team accidentally outside of my house while they were doing a main sewer line replacement for my neighbor. While striking up a conversation with him, I mentioned how my sewer is always backing up and that I'm probably due soon as well. On the spot, he offered to jet and camera my sewer for free so I know my current situation... FOR FREE! I tried to pay him and he kept saying he already has his team here so it was no big deal. Ever since then, I've used him and the team for 3 separate homes ranging from full sewer line replacement, jetting, general plumbing issues, and concrete work. Couldn't recommend him enough, and his prices are WAY better then all the huge plumbing companies you always hear about.

Costa Pacific worked hard to fix my very old plumbing. They did quality work and it should be good for many decades to come. I will use them again if my other property has a problem.

Happy to recommend Spencer and his company. Our Main sewer line was clogged up. Spencer actually came over the year before and provided me with a video service to check the sewerline. I knew we had some issues with the city clay pipe, I had to fix. In December we had to call him up and replace the sewer line from the front of the house to the edge of the sidewalk. He was able to work on this massive project within 4 days.

Spencers honest and direct approach was much valued, I ended up getting a liner service to on the clay pipe from the sidewalk to the the main city line.

I appreciate his follow ups too and he was able to fix a water line that was broken while in doing the entire process. He does the right thing and I appreciate him for that.

He is now my go to Plummer for all my house needs!

Awesome guys. Replaced our sewer line and built a new deck out of ipe hardwood a year ago. Deck is beautiful and perfect. Our yard went from an unused space to an extension of our house and we are in that part of the yard ALL THE TIME now. Thank you guys!

In an unexpected emergency, flooding occurred in our master bathroom's walk-in shower. I contacted Costa Pacific Contracting and explained Spencer regarding the situation, and he informed me that he is currently working in Chula Vista until 7:30 pm but will arrive at our residence in the morning at 9 am. To my surprise, he called me at 8 pm to inform me that he had arrived at our house to address the issue. Despite working an additional 1.5 hours to replace the damaged pipes, which was a significant task, he persevered until he resolved the primary problem. I extend my sincere gratitude to Spencer for his prompt and professional assistance during this emergency situation. He is an exceptional individual who possesses a genuine sense of empathy and understanding. I would use his services again and I recommend him for his honesty, professionalism work.

Spencer and his team were awesome. I needed cast iron replaced in front of my house and they were able to take care of the job within a couple days. His entire team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and asked my preferences along the way where needed. I will definitely call them again when I need more plumbing work done.

From the moment we contacted Conor to take care of the old sewer pipes in a house we just bought, I knew I did not have anything to worry about and that we were in good hands. Conor, Spencer, and the whole team did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us. Not only did they jet under the house, install 2way clean outs, remove a portion of old clay and cast iron, and replace with ABS but they also installed a new toilet that we had purchased and hauled away the old toilet along with a lot of additional trash that the seller of our house left for us. I’ve known these guys for decades. Recently bought a home and they did an outstanding job replacing my main line and installing proper clean outs. Top of the line equipment to replace pipes and clean them out. I work in plumbing and when a job is too tough or I run into trouble I refer these guys. In Clairemont. If it hasn't already happened, get ready for your old cast iron main line (sewer) from the house to the street to rust out and fail on you. Every other house in the neighborhood has a new patch of cement sidewalk and a new clean out. The other half is pending.

Spencer and crew did a great job replacing my main line. It was tight quarters and they did their best to save the plants. The clean up was good. Good communication and good follow through.

They did a great job. I'm glad that I'll never have to see them again. :)
