Seli & Javael (DEMO CREW) did a great job removing our guest bathtub and tile surround! They put up ample plastic to minimize dust and protect cabinets, using a smart effective method. They finished on time, cleaned up thoroughly, and were a pleasure to work with! 👍🏼😊

I never write reviews, but I am disgusted by how the flooding in my apartment has been handled. Technicians have been out to my residence on four separate occasions to fix an issue that has persisted for more than a month. Each time I use my washing machine, the flooding comes back. Water pours out into my living room and bathroom drenching the wood floors. This problem should have been resolved weeks ago, and the fact that it is still ongoing with no end in sight is grotesque. I don't recommend their services at all.

I hardly recommend using Olympia Services, they are extremely professional, they are very knowledgeable. The owner John, is always looking for ways to help their customers. John was always there for me and my family every step of the way trying to help me and my family with our water damage problem. I know of many companies that can do this, but Olympia takes it a bit further by going on and beyond.

Two employees of Olympia( Andres and Erik) come to remove equipment after my water heater was fixed, and literally stained a shirt I had hanging on the door with their dirty hands. They had no reason to touch the shirt. They could've had me move the shirt or close the door to the water heater using the actual door? Makes me think they intentionally did it, and now I have a stained $50 dress shirt that I was getting ready to wear to work! Instead, I'm writing this review!! So unprofessional and ridiculous. Never has a service person been so casually disrespectful in my home.

They were called by my HOA for a leak/plumbing issue coming from my unit to my neighbors unit. They charged $340 to diagnose the problem which didn't involve any parts or labor. They determined it was the washer coming from my unit. Then I was responsible for the damage to neighbors unit. Which they also got paid for. THEN the leak happened AGAIN. This time I hired a plumber to go out and we found out it was the pressure regulator that kept causing the hose to leak on the washer. Their plumber obviously never tested it and misdiagnosed the real issue. Now I'm out of $1323 for something that wasn't my fault and that was HOA's responsibility. All because their plumber didn't do a complete diagnosis. At this point a full refund should be issued. They also fixed the 1st flood that happened at the neighbors unit and over charged and did a bunch of unnecessary work to milk the insurance. Do not recommend.

I highly recommend Olympia Services. When I had them come out look at a leak in pipes running from the water heater through the ceiling the ceiling of my friend’s home, they were expeditions, efficient, fixed the leak, & repaired the ceiling. Not only were the cosmetics on point, but the professional touch of diplomacy lent by Troy Outlaw in dealing with my friend, who is quite particular about things. Olympia combined know-how with diplomatic finesse to see the job to completion. Exceptional work.

We had extensive water damage, including carpet. Olympia services promptly responded. Cesear the worker was always prompt & professional. Completion was done within a week-can't tell where any of the damage was. Excellent service!

As a contractor I need a reliable plumber to come in when my techs are too busy. Olympia helped my clients identify some clogs in their drain that were causing them major problems. They found the problem quickly with a camera inspection, and cleared the clog with no damage to the drywall or the need for trenching. Troy is excellent in providing service.

I have worked with Olympia Services for numerous jobs as I own a property management company. They are great at communication, sending pictures, and getting to the job quickly. The best part is they keep my tenants happy. I use them for plumbing and water restoration services and I have been happy with their service.

We had two large, well-known, San Diego plumbing companies visit several times over two weeks trying to fix our tankless water heater problem - intermittent hot water. Intermittent, in this case, meant whenever I wanted to take a shower. Two weeks is a very long time.

We called Olympia Services hoping they'd be able to solve this puzzle. Joe arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in 15 minutes - incredible. This is the difference between a Professional and the rest. Olympia and Joe have earned our trust and future business. I unreservedly recommend calling them.

We highly recommend these folks. Very professional crew. Did a great job replacing our main water line and the old corroded cast iron sewer along with adding extra clean outs. The new sewer line was under and overlaid with crushed rock for stability. 👍 They also did a great cleanup afterwards.
Update: they returned and fixed an issue promptly and professionally. Fantastic service. Very professional.

Spencer & his crew were amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable & did everything they said they would - they replaced our main sewer line, put in a two way clean out & got us sorted with a new shut off, water line & pressure regulator. They knocked this all out (including clean up) in ONE day. Pricing was also super fair & reasonable! Would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done & will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Great service and amazing pricing and communication

Located an under slab drain pipe. In and out in less than 1/2 hour.

They did a great job clearing our plumbing line. Respectful and easy to work with. Price was reasonable.

We had a recurring sewer main clog. Spencer found a 50 FT tree that was crushing the line and causing the stoppage. The fix was at a difficult location, but Spencer and Costa Pacific Contracting took care of everything, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They Removed the tree, dug up and updated the section of pipe and cleaned everything up. Very professional, we're very impressed with the service.
