In September of 2023 we had San Diego Flood Restoration (SDFR) repair a ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak. The men who did the work came on time, clearly explained what they would do, put protective plastic on the floor and erected a small tent of plastic sheeting to keep any dust or splatters contained.
The work was done efficiently and professionally ( I could not have done as well myself). When they were done for the day the men cleaned up completely. When the men returned to paint the ceiling that, too, was done efficiently and professionally.
We have only the highest praise for the work done for us by SDFR and we recommend them to you with no reservations whatsoever. They are professionals of the highest caliber.

Tom with SDFR deserves more than a 5-star rating. I am the residential services admin for a property management company in Chula Vista. I needed to gather estimates for repair work on a property we manage. I've worked with Tom on a couple of other minor restoration issues. When I reviewed his website, I didn't know that he was also a contractor and did renovations and remodels. I contacted him and asked if he could provide an estimate. He got right on it. He scheduled an appointment with the tenants to gain access to see the damage. He was awarded the job and immediately got the ball rolling. It was roughly a two-month project. He set up an account, a timeline, for me to track the progression of the job. From start to finish, he took care of it all. He notified the tenants when his crew would be onsite. If there were any delays, he would keep me updated. Any questions I had, he answered courteously and to my satisfaction. He was available by phone and email. If there were any issues with the work, he took the necessary measures to correct them. Bottom line: he is dependable, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
