They were going to be a little late and they called to tell us they were running late and were on the way. They arrived began work and found the problem and fixed the problem. After an untimely water intrusion, Tom and his crews responded immediately to our urgent request, salvaging what they could and removing the waterlogged debris. Then, providing the best bid, he promptly repaired the damaged basement to better than its original state. Frankly, Tom and Laura prevented a bad situation from becoming much, much worse. The team at SDFR came highly referred for a full basement flood mitigation. Since they not only did such a great job but were also friendly, trustworthy given we were a state away, and communicative, we used them as our GC to reconstruct the basement from all the damage. In both phases, we had a user friendly portal to see photos, updates, tasks, and schedules. Tom was always a phone call away and Laura was more than friendly and accommodating. As with anything in construction, issues can arise. When this did and it came close to pushing back our schedule, everyone at SDFR stepped up and was proactive with finding solutions to make our promised date. We can't thank them enough for the extra mile they went for us. Even to this day, months after completion, I'm still hearing from their office for tips and tricks they've come across to help stay ahead of any future problems. We can't recommend them enough. We have used SDFR on several occasions when we have had rental units we manage suffer some kind of water damage. Tom has been very responsive and attentive in getting to the job site as quickly as possible and then communicating with everyone involved so that everyone has their expectation set appropriately. Tom will coordinate with tenants and owners if necessary to insure the job is done right and on time. Living in a time where many have forgotten the art of Customer Service, it is refreshing to deal with someone who keeps it at the forefront of their business.

We are a medium size insurance agency. Anytime we have any of our clients report a claim, we immediately contact Tom. He is available to our clients 24/7. Within hours of us contacting Tom, he reaches out to our insured and meets with the client. we have probably referred over 70 clients to Tom. Many occasions we go to our insureds home, Tom is already there working on the estimate and letting the client know the details of the claim. His communication skills to the homeowner or business owner are excellent. He is detailed and explains what the process will be.
He answers all the questions anytime the insured does not understand. We highly recommend Tom Frederick as a contractor that shows up on time, cleans up the area and works diligently with the homeowner or business owner to make them feel well taken care of.

This contractor called our company to do some subcontract work for him. Because of errors on our side and a very challenging logistics day, we canceled the appointment one and a half hours before the scheduled time.

As a result, this contractor posted a negative review on our page. This is very unprofessional behavior and shows poor judgment in hurting the reputation of a fellow contractor.

When it rains it pours! I went several years in property management without needing a remediation company and now I have needed one 3 times in the last 3 months! Tom and SDFR have been amazing. They advocated for my clients with the insurance companies and maximized their recovery. His interactions with me and my clients have been beyond professional and have helped to put our minds at ease. He made me look great to my clients. I cant recommend their services enough.

Tom and team did a fantastic job in fixing a water leak induced damage under sink. They fixed the plumbing, dehumidify dry walls and replaced base of cabinet. Left the place neat and clean.

This company was exceptional. They responded quickly to our flood. They kept us informed not only about what needed to be done but about the timing. Tom was very responsible and open. He was trustworthy. They completed the flood mitigation and repairs in a surprising short time. All of my friends were surprised how quickly the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

I contracted with McWire Electric on April 6th to install solar panels on my house. It is June 9th and I still do not have solar panels on my house. We contracted with their chosen loan company, giving a down payment over a month ago. When I call to get an update, no one seems to know what is going on. Our phone calls do not get returned, nor do I get any correspondence from anyone. I recommend not using this company. I have no confidence that I will get the panels installed any time soon, nor can I count on receiving any kind of customer service afterwards.

We contracted with McWire Electric on Sept 11, 2014 to install solar panels and a battery backup system.
After paying a substantial initial down payment, they put us off for 12 months saying that the manufacturers were back logged and could not produce enough panels.
Finally in October of 2015 they came to the house and put panels on our roof.
They did not wire them together or to anything, just attached them to the roof.
It is now February 2016 and McWire has closed their doors and have gone into hiding.
We did not receive our back up system and the panels are not wired up.
It is my opinion that they have been a scam company from the very beginning!

Olympia have done a lot of work on our unit, from changing out the entire sewage line to today changing out our water heater to a tankless heater. The owner is very professional and has always been accommodating to our needs making sure the jobs done correctly in a timely manor. Joseph has done a lot of the jobs at our house, extremely professional, very polite and always makes sure the mess is gone when he’s done.

Very professional and they will give quality , price and quality result.
