Winston and Carter did a great job! Outdoor patio cushions way overdue for cleaning, and they came out like new! The workers were on time, polite, helpful, and left the worksite spotless. No messy water drips anywhere, and due to their good extraction process everything dried super fast!

Pure Light cleaned, polished and sealed all the natural stone in two bathrooms, showers, vanities and floors. Carter was very professional, polite and respectful of the property. My bathrooms are beautiful again. I almost replaced the marble counter tops but thanks to Pure Light they look even better than the day they were installed. All the etching buffed out beautifully. They walked me through what they planned to do, showed me the areas that could lead to challenges and then proceeded to perform a miracle restoring our stone floor and bathroom countertop. Jonathan was great - on time, courteous, hardworking. He did a terrific job. He cleaned carpets and my kitchen tile. The kitchen tile are so clean, the floor looks new.

Had Spanish tile deep cleaned and sealer put in. Tile very old, stripping may have been iffy so Andrew advised safer to just deep clean and reseal. Jonathan did a great job and was very nice. Very good Customer Service as well. Quite pleased and would recommend.

The Company was professional, quick to respond, and did a great job. They cleaned our parish hall stage curtains and fire treated them as well. They are easy to work with and we will definitely be using them again.

Having just welcomed our new child to the family (a gorgeous honed Calacatta marble table) we were newbies when it came to how to care and maintain our table. I unfortunately polished two spots to a pure gloss trying to remove an etch mark. After contacting many other marble experts in the area Pure light was the absolute best to work with. They were so friendly, prompt, and had the best rate for our repair. Josh was such a nice and knowledgeable guy. He brought our baby back to its original glory in record time. These guys are the real deal. We won’t call anyone else in the future!! Stop searching, these are the experts you want ;)

Disappointed and frustrated with my experience. We hired Pure Light for a limestone countertop restoration. Our original request — clearly outlined in writing — included etch removal, polishing to either the original gloss or a uniform honed finish, chip repair, and sealing to prevent future staining and etching. The original surface was glossy, and we expected it to be restored to that level.
Yes, I signed off on the work at the time because the surface appeared fixed at a glance — but I wasn’t given the opportunity to inspect it under normal use. I even asked the technician if the work was guaranteed, and he indicated that it was.
Once we began using the surface, it quickly became clear the job hadn’t met expectations. The surface was dull, not polished, and etching/staining began appearing again almost immediately. When I followed up, I was told they used an impregnating sealer — which does not protect against etching or staining. This is a critical limitation that was never disclosed, despite sealing being specifically requested as part of the original scope.
At no point during the appointment was the finish or sealant type clarified, nor were we informed of their limitations. The quote didn’t break down any price differences between finish types. Instead, the company selected a finish without confirming our preference — and later quoted $350 to come back and change it to a gloss finish, and $1,800–$2,000 for a more protective sealer that was never mentioned prior to the job.
While the technician did remove most of the etching and repaired the chips, the final result was not what we requested. The lack of transparency, and unwillingness to stand behind the quality of the work was extremely disappointing.
Be very careful to get every detail in writing and confirmed before work begins. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company despite others positive reviews.

I am very disappointed with the work that was done. I got home to check how it went. The furniture had not been put back, there was paint chipped off the wall. And there was water all over the kitchen. I pull the fridge and I found a tube had been pierced and water was spilling out. I had to spend my evening fixing everything they did. I had to repaint the trim in several places and I had to call a repairman for the fridge. The leak couldn’t stop. It’s going to cost me $330 to fix it. I am livid. I wish I hadn’t done anything. It ended up worse for me. I’m going to let them know what happened. There were more areas that they chipped paint. I have a video that shows the water spewing out.
Update: the company called and were apologetic about what happened. They explained that it’s common to leave the furniture off and they offered to send someone to repaint the area that got scuffed. I had already addressed. They offered to pay half of the issue with the fridge. So all and all I am satisfied with the resolution. They made things right and it’s the most I could ask for. If you are looking for a company with integrity then this is the place to go.

I have a black and white marble kitchen island that is impossible to keep free of etching so I just had Pure Light Cleaning Inc apply the More’s AntiEtch product to the marble. They were extremely professional throughout the process. After the application was applied and polished it looks amazing. I have my deep black color restored with a high gloss shine. I’m looking forward to having it look beautiful and tech free for years to come. I love that there is a 10 year warranty on no etching. Carter did a great job working with us.

I had bathroom polished marble floor sanded ,cleaned and sealed because the floor had some chemical stains /etching. I called pure light cleaning and the gave free estimate which was reasonable and was a firm price. Once hired they came in a timely manner, kept me informed about the ETA. Kevin was very professional, highly skilled, competent, pleasant and cooperative. He explained everything very well and performed an excellent job. All the spots and stains were gone after they finished. I would recommend them without reservation

Pure Light did a great job cleaning my tile floors! They had a residue on them from a product that previous owners used to make them shiny, and Pure Light was able to strip that off and clean the floors and also seal the grout. It was a big job because we have a lot pf tile floor, but they were able to bring a crew of 3 and finished in half a day! Our house looks brand new.
