If I could leave no stars I would they say they shampoo your carpet but really they just spray and steam clean it but charge you extra they charge you extra for a service fee they don’t tell you about if you live upstairs that they pond on you they are below average if you were looking for a professional carpet cleaning service these people are not it also the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude

The company gave a much lower estimate despite of us sharing the SQF of the house to get in. As we were moving in and carpet cleaning had to be done, they increased the price 4 times of the initial quote. The person who came over to do the service was hard to understand and performed a really bad job. Was told that it was going to take 3 hours to do the carpet cleaning including removing any odor, but finished in a little over an hour. As the carpet was wet and we were told not to step on it, we saw the terrible outcome the next day and odor was not gone either. We had to have the company come back and do the job again and they send the same guy. He refused to take ownership and even yelled and screamed at my spouse. Do yourself a favor and don’t even give this company an opportunity to give you a quote.
