We recently bought a certificate for a couch cleaning at a charity auction so we scheduled an appointment with CJ for that and to disinfect all of the mattresses in the house. He was available within the same week and was extremely courteous over the phone. He arrived on time and was super friendly, professional and informative. I felt very safe having him in the house and never once felt uncomfortable (It's always a hard thing to have strangers come into your home, especially as a woman so this is important to me). He thoroughly cleaned the couch and every single throw pillow along with both mattresses in about an hour and did a lovely job. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with him after about his 11 years of experience and will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Next time I need something in the house cleaned, I'm definitely calling CJ!

CJ and his partner Justin always do a fantastic job. I was able to get an appontment within 48 hours. They arrived on time and finished within two hours. They qouted a flat price, no surprises and are extremely reasonable. They cleaned stairs, the master bedroom carpet, area rugs and grout in the bathroom and closets. Everything turned out exceptionally well! I highly recommend CJ for all of your cleaning needs!

I'm truly disappointed with Mr. CJ and saddened to be writing this review. I came across a Groupon for his company and called before purchasing anything to find out of there were additional charges for being on the third floor of an apartment complex. I left a message for him and reviewed his reviews. When he called back I almost didn't pick-up but I did, now I wish I hadn't. During our conversation he said there normally would be additional fees; however if I went directly through him he would waive the fees and charge me the same rate as the Groupon. I scheduled a date and time with him a few weeks out because he was booked. I called him two days before our appointment and didn't receive a call back. I text him the day before, no response. I'm now sitting on my balcony in the cold with my 10 month old (who should be napping) upset with myself for having compassion on a man who seemed to be seasoned and wanting to work. I gave him a chance for a good review, I hoped he had changed his ways since his poor reviews were old and now I see he is still the same man everyone spoke poorly about. Now my husband will be using his only day off to clean carpets because we need to have them done for this coming week. Thank you Mr. CJ for taking my baby girl's father away from her on the one day she gets to spend quality time with him. You've lived down to your reputation as a bad business man and I hope those seeking your service decline it once reading how inconsiderate you were of our time and kindness.

So after calling Stanly ($400) COIT (send technician to evaluate $250) and serval local cleaners (average $175). i received a straight up quote of $85 - $95 for an "L" shaped Couch. job was top notch as I said to jeff "Happy wife Happy Life". i booked him for tile and Mattress cleaning 3 photos pre-cleaning 2 post

Wonderful, friendly and love their Hawaiian shirts! I've used CJ Frank Carpet cleaning 3 times already and they have done a great job. I live in a high-rise building downtown and let them park in my car park. They had no problem getting in and out and still extremely reasonable priced (didn't tack on "elevator fees"). Highly recommend!

make sure to hit up them up for all your hard floor , carpet and furniture needs. they took out the slime from my couch that unfortunately my kids put on there for months now. Never would have known it was there if I didnt see it myself. Both my kids rooms are clean , deodorized and brings such a relief for me to maintain it!

they will walk through and explain everything they are going to do before service is provided and will lock your house up for you once they leave.

I was notified last minute that my brother and his family of 6 would be stopping by for a few days and since I had been traveling for my company the house hadn't been truly cleaned in quite some time. I knew I needed to hire someone to bring in a crew and knock it out quick but wasn't sure who to call or where to look. So I went to my trusty Siri and asked her to find a housekeeping service and Kevin was the first one to answer. He was professional, easy to talk to and to my surprise he was able to reallocate staff to come over right away - they did a fantastic job, they were thorough and even cleaned places that other cleaning services had neglected in the past. The job was completed before my brother and his family arrived, he saved the day! Thanks Kevin, I will definitely be calling to set up weekly service!

So much to say about Cole and his team. First of all Cole is a sweetheart, so kind, professional and has great communication. He did my two story move out clean and it was perfect! I highly recommend Cole’s Carpet & Cleaning Care for cleaning jobs both large and small. Kevin Cole, the owner, recently took on a major deep-cleaning job at my request, cleaning the condo of a friend of mine who was returning home after a long hospitalization. Mr. Cole and his team put in hours of hard work, and did an excellent job...so I decided to try their services myself. Yesterday 2 ladies from his team cleaned my townhome. The ladies were quick, efficient, and personable, and seemed to really enjoy their work. I use only natural cleaning products in my home, and the ladies listened carefully to my instructions and requests. I’ve decided to continue using them for twice-monthly cleanings, and I’ll probably be referring some other friends of mine to Cole’s as well.

I had them come out to clean my sofa and carpets and they returned my request for service immediately on the housecall app. They showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional and polite. Communication was excellent. I’ve had them clean my carpets for the last several years and won’t change. It’s nice to work with someone who always returns your calls and shows up on time and is professional in every aspect of the word. He’s upfront about charges which I like too.

Kevin and his crew arrived on time to conduct a deep cleaning of a new home purchase. Coles Carpet Cleaning was a very good carpet cleaning company! Kevin, the owner answered his phone when I called and I was able to set up an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time, reviewed all of the rooms, and was able to do a very thorough job on our carpets. Nothing is perfect, but these carpets look almost perfect again!:)

Kevin Cole and his team came and did a compete 180 to the house I just began to rent. I had just moved in and the house had grease buildup in the kitchen, extremely dirty windowsill and blinds, and what at the time looked like an old dirty carpet with stains all over. Kevin his team did an incredible job on my carpet getting rid of all the stains that I never thought would come out making it look like new! The place is now spotless and clean. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Kevin!

Cole’s cleaning company has been great! They always complete my special requests with a smile. We had to remove our windows for our building and we couldn’t figure out how to get them back on and Mary did it no problem. They are always accommodating and do whatever we ask. Melinda is the sweetest and always follows up to make sure her job was satisfactory and asks how she can improve. If there are ever any issues, they always fix it the next time. Kevin and his team are doing a great job!

Contracted for Home window and screen cleaning. Kevin did a Great job and we were very pleased with the attention to details in this service. Highly recommend for home projects and cleaning services.
