These guys are the best! They're always available when I need them, and they do great work. I've even sent a few of my co-workers to CJ and Justin & now we are all happy customers. Great work and great prices!

CJ & Justin did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets! They were fast, friendly, & reasonably priced. We will call them again for sure!

Not responsive to inquiries. I had to follow up to get any response. When a time was finally offered to me the following week I accepted but received no confirmation. Day of no call, no show. I waited, then called which went straight to voicemail. Cleaning was scheduled for the morning before final inspection for move out and I had to scramble to find a replacement carpet cleaner at a beyond premium rate. Don't put yourself through the hassle and anxiety.

NO CALL BACK & NO SHOW... appointment was a waist of time... waisted the time of my day for someone who was so nice and professional over the phone, but out of business I think this place is UNPROFESSIONAL!!... please don't bother... he is cheap but for a reason! Cause you pay for what you get.. it's not worth it... hope company closes down soon!!... the good reviews are HIS family!! Paid to their own account... come on. Look at the reviews..

Purchased Groupon deal and tried to reach this bussines for about 20 days... no phone call returns, no e-mail return! I contacted Groupon, Groupon contracted them and i got an e-mail. With my best hopes we tried to schedule but guy never confirmed... I tried to reach them night before the morning when they supposed to show up... his answer was: we never confirmed,..,
So insted of dealing with unprofessional company like this, I swiched my deal to something else.

I bought a Groupon for 3 bedrooms and a hallway cleaning. I called to make the appointment and they guy i spoke with said his computer had just died and he would call me when it was charged, that was 2 weeks ago. I have called serveral times and have had no response. After reading the other reviews i am glad Groupon gave me my money back!

Highly recommended! Affordable Very kind, respectful, responds quick. Not to mention my floors look amazing. I’ll Definitely be a returning customer. Oh and and parents with children he cleans mattresses. Literally a one stop shop. He cleans it all !!!!!

CJ did an amazing job on a carpet that was full of dirt from two Great Danes. He scheduled promptly, arrived on time, explained everything, then got to work. Thanks to his and his partner, the carpet looks great again - never thought I'd see the real color, but now I almost need sunglasses! Will definitely use them again, thinking about prescheduling so I don't forget!

Purchased a groupon and called the business several times to make an appointment and it took them over a week to return my call. When I finally scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment they NEVER SHOWED up. Tried several times to call the business and they never picked up or returned my call. Horrible business. Set up my entire apartment for a cleaning and to have no one show up is frustrating and an inconvenience.

My wife bought a coupon from groupon. We called him and schedule, he came on time. Very friendly and professional. Did the job right in quick and right. Really knows his trade.Will definitely use him again! Highly recommended. Thank you!

Sadly, I had a similar experience as many of the Groupon customers, though I was not a Groupon customer. I had done business with CJ Frank for years and had been satisfied. I had recommended him to others, not anymore. He made an appointment and ghosted us. He's just not reliable.

I've had CJ clean our carpets, rugs and bathroom grout 3 different times and he and his assistant always do an awesome job, plus they are arguably the best. proved cleaners out there. I received 4 different quotes for service and CJ beat them all! Thank you, highly recommended!

This was the best carpet cleaning experience ever!! I had a very badly stained carpet as well as my couch. CJ Frank arrived promptly and was very affordable and friendly too! I cant believe it!! My carpet looks brand new!! You should see my couch!

CARPET, couches and little rugs get cleaned! Very flexible schedule, hard workers. Sometimes a little late 10-15 minutes (makes sense, I asked him to do extra so he’s being nice and putting him behind schedule), just like most major companies! I have used him 5 times. Someone complained about not taking credit cards, get over it, there are still several places who don't or they charge you. I hired 2 other carpet cleaners and I always go back to him. I’m a loyal customer now!

I could’ve expected more professional service. It’s April 2021 with remaining Covid concerns and they were well prepared and equipped for entering my residence and protected themselves and my home with respect to guidelines throughout this service. I have used CJs previously and they are #1 for excellent service and a excellent job on my toddler and pet tortured furniture. It looks brand new again.

Just want to say what a great job he did on my couch that had been sitting in a garage and stains from my pets I used to have. CJ did a excellent job he was polite, punctual and his prices are reasonable and worth it. I recommend him and I will definitely be calling him in the near future. Thanks again CJ😃

CJ Frank did an amazing job on our carpet! We had a huge candle spilled on the carpet and he was able to get all of it out, in addition to many pet stains. The carpet looked brand new when he was done.

He was very professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

I was really hoping to not have to write this review but after giving CJ Frank the benefit of the doubt, I have no choice. I purchased a Groupon for grout cleaning in order to sale my house. It took several days to get a reply to my phone calls to set up an appointment. The main number went to voicemail which was full so I couldn't leave a message. The scheduled appointment time came and went with no word from the company. I tried to call and send an email but got no response. I gave them one more week just to make sure that I had not gotten the appointment time wrong and still heard nothing. I left messages on both the main and secondary numbers but never heard back. I finally had to contact Groupon to get a credit.

CJ Frank did a fabulous job! Absolutely fell in love with my home again. 10 years worth of stains in the grout and carpet disappeared. Everytime I walk on my carpet and tile, I cant believe how clean it is. So happy. They arrived at the appointment time and scrubbed and cleaned for 3 hours. Amazing price and work ethic. Thank you!

RIP OFF - Beware buying a Groupon coupon for this business.

IF you can reach CJ Frank Carpet to book an appointment, they will almost certainly stand you up, perhaps like me they will do it all drawn out through a day, keeping you waiting and giving notifications of a supposed "breakdown" and might still come, and then no responses to efforts to reach them and reschedule. Look at Yelp reviews... if they bother to call you, they usually say they had some kind of breakdown. The majority of reviewers that gave 1's and wish they could give 0's and they also bought on Groupon. Beware CJ of CJ Frank Carpet Cleaning San Diego. He is savvy at this and talks a good story, then burns you.

Also beware Groupon! Groupon has been sending me generic responses to all my efforts to get a refund or credit to the effect that there are only three days in which to ask for a refund. Well: (A) Groupon has had so many complaints about this business that they should not keep selling vouchers for them (but of course they keep the money if the voucher isn't cashed or refunded) and (B) I didn't change my mind in three days about wanting the service. I wanted the service and took the first available appointment two weeks later and then got stood up and unable to contact business to reschedule, etc. so how would I know that was going to happen within three days of buying the coupon? Do not trust Groupon.

This has been a time-wasting and extremely horrible experience. I've lost faith in using coupons to buy services in advance, and specifically lost faith in Groupon. Now I've contacted my credit card company of over 30 years (Discover) to dispute the charges and I sure hope my faith in them has been warranted.

I too fell for the Groupon. At first he was responsive, then he completely stopped responding to me. I emailed him twice, my husband emailed him once or twice, and my husband called a few times with the last time being told him voicemail was full. This was disappointing as I really wanted our carpets cleaned prior to family coming out to visit. I was able to work everything out with Groupon, let them know he's not getting back to you.
