Cole's Carpet & Cleaning were impeccable beginning to end! Great communication, accurate and honest technical information, and my 22 year old, 100% white wool Berber country home carpet, complete with dog, kitty, sriracha oil, and rust water stains came out beautifully! I would, and will,
trust his company with a wide range of my difficult cleaning jobs.

We have been using Cole’s Carpet Cleaning for the last 8/9 years. Very satisfied with the job and customer service is great.

The first two times I used Coles cleaning, I had positive experiences. Unfortunately, the most is learned about a business when a problem arises. After paying $425.00 for reconnecting a few loose floorboards and a garbage disposal repair, the floorboards detached again the next day. Coles promised that if the boards did so, they would come back out to fix them again. When I contacted Coles to do so, I was unresponded to for months. Then, when Kevin did finally respond, he told me he couldn't send anyone. This went on for four months, at which time Kevin said this was actually my fault that everything was done correctly and that he never guaranteed the floorboards wouldn't move. When I told him that his guys promised to come back, he said he's not responsible for what they said. He proceeded to send me nasty emails and, to date, refuses to reimburse me so I can at least get the repair done correctly by another reputable company. If you're looking for a trustworthy business that won't take your money, refuse reimbursement, and instead blame you if there's any issues with their repairs, definitely look elsewhere.

Incredible quality work! We have an older dog who has done a number on our carpets and rugs. Kevin was easy to get an appointment with, incredibly friendly, and more importantly, got every single dog stain and smell out of 1000 square feet of carpet and four area rugs. I 100% am a loyal customer after my experience with Cole’s. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin and his team is absolutely amazing!! They were on time, communicative and extremely well priced!! My stairs, carpet and couch have never been cleaner! It is a night and day difference.

My first experience with Kevin Cole and his crew was excellent! I was managing an urgent move-out project for a property investor and a cleaning company was needed within 12 hours. Kevin came out fast with his move-out cleaner, Josie. Josie went above and beyond the call of duty, working longer than originally anticipated (due to no fault of her own).
Kevin not only cleaned some badly stained carpets, but made some on-the-spot needed repairs. His price was more than fair and I appreciated the professionalism of both him and Josie.
Being so impressed with their service for my client's move-out, I hired them to deep clean my own home! On that day, two of the crew of three were over an hour late due to one with car trouble and another being delayed on an earlier job. The third cleaner, Malinda, showed up on time, was very polite, listened well and got right to work. The other two cleaners had communicated early on of their delay, so I was not left wondering. When Josie and Mary arrived, Malinda quickly explained what had been done and what was left to be done. The three of them then worked fast and efficiently to finish up, leaving no dust-ball of cat hair unturned. I have three cats and no one would know this from looking at my clean floors and dust-free surfaces. My house does NOT smell like cats; it now smells fresh and clean! I will definitely have Cole's Carpet & Cleaning back.

My kitchen and bathroom floor were flooded. The hardwood was newly installed when this happened and im so grateful Coles Carpet and Cleaning Care came to the rescue. Their machines took care of all the water and moisture. My floors are completely dry and im so happy for their service.

Simply amazing. CCCC was convenient and flexible with scheduling and did an amazing job on the carpet. Would highly recommend! The carpet looks brand new.

Kevin was a perfectly professional and dedicated worker who helped bring the life back into my family's home! Since I own 2 dogs, pet stains were always just a fact of life. I never thought they would come out of this old carpet anymore after time and time again of cleaning!

He came in and made it all magically disappear! He helped me move the heavier pieces of furniture, such as a bed, so he could get the carpet underneath, and he was extremely polite and friendly. Just yesterday Kevin finished a huge project that basically disassembled my entire house and then put it back together better than ever. Kevin and his crew were great to work with. They made sure to minimize the disruption to my life. The house was always back to a usable condition at the end of each day. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. The new floors and baseboards look great and I am super happy with the results.
